I received my order today. One of the scents i know very well. The juice in the vial they sent me, smells completely different to the real thing. Not even a close dupe, just a completely different fragrance. Also, the other samples were very weak (one smelled of nothing at all). Thankfully i didnt spend a lot with them. ive binned all the other vials now, out of fears of fake juice. Head all the other reviews and avoid this site.

How is this company allowed to sell fake perfumes after so many bad reviews.
I placed an order for two if my favourite perfumes and was nothing like the real ones. Oily, smelt bad and completely different colour, never mind the rash one give me.
Like the other reviews no response to how I could return.

I ordered then read the reviews, I asked before the package was sent out for a refund, so I did not have to return the package.

They ignored all emails, I have never left a bad review in my life but this company is a complete scam. Ignore any positive review on this company!

Refrain from ordering, the items i ordered are wrong scent profile, they are mixing with dupes or selling low tier copies.

Should have read everyone's comments before ordering, filing a claim with small claims this is fraud.

Buyers beware. This is not legitimate perfume. My partner and I both ordered Angel perfume on separate days in seperate orders. Two different coloured perfumes arrived purporting to be Angel original. One was coloured pink and one coloured blue/green. We were told they were correct? When challenged with photos of what was provided, we were told they would investigate and respond to us. To date, no response or refund received.

Didn't receive genuine item just a fake middle eastern dupe. They don't even reply to e mails so this Store is a no go for me now.

Had a change of mind after ordering.

After receiving the package I have sent multiple emails trying to return my unopened package and they have not responded to any of my emails at all, not even acknowledging any.
This is not in line with their return policy, no option but to open dispute with my card merchant.

Great collection of decants, variety of sizes and more affordable than alternative websites

Clearly fake perfumes that are nothing like the Real thing and if you look at all the positive reviews they are all written within the same day or multiple days in a row and

I ordered a Creed product which took longer to arrive than the estimated date of arrival. I had bought the original after smelling a sample at the Creed store in Bicester so knew exactly what to compare it to. When it arrived I tested the two side by side and the DP product smelt nothing like the original but the smell also vanished after an hour compared to original Creed that will still be present after a shower. I have now emailed DP 4 times requesting a return address for a full refund and have heard nothing. This is very poor service but the product is not original either.

This is a very unprofessional decanter. Their service and packaging is sub par and do not even care enough to fill their boxes with protective packaging paper. Just a cheap plastic pump spray which leaked into the box. The worst part is that the purchased luxury brand perfume was FAKE! Do NOT buy from them. This company is a complete SCAM unfortunately.

I was very suspicious, even convinced it was a scam after reading the reviews here but I had already ordered when I checked the reviews.
Im shocked to say its real, the prices are amazing and the juice is not fake but the one thing I cant confirm is wether they use clones or originals, obviously, hence why im testing decants but scents feel quality.

I think they are doing themselves a disservice by not responding to the negative reviews and generally communicating better

I'm very happy with my order and the service. The tracking information was super helpful and the package arrived on time. Two of my decants got mixed up a bit (swapped sizes), but I decided to keep them as they were, and just reported the mix-up to the store to let them know. The response was very quick and I was offered a discount on my next purchase, so I really can't complain. Again, very happy with the purchase and will definitely order again. Just to add, as a noticed a couple of concerning reviews, I had sampled two out of four fragrances I ordered decants of from DP before, and they are absolutely legit. Just to share my personal experience!

My husband had problems with both the delivery and communication with this website. Honestly, it felt like a child was replying to the emails — you explain one thing, and they respond with something completely unrelated.

The customer service was rude, unprofessional, and very unhelpful. I would not recommend this website. The way they treat customers is unacceptable.

Scammers. Avoid avoid. The other 5 star reviews are obviously as fake as their scents. "Customer service" acts like a 14 year old boy.
