Absolutely thrilled with the fantastic new website that Delivered Social have created for our charity (Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity). They have guided us through the whole process from start to finish and we are so incredibly grateful for their generosity. Thanks to the Delivered Social team - particularly Jam - for executing a last minute Google Ads campaign. Jam's so knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. She supplied detailed reports throughout helping us make decisions on the spend. I won't hesitate to use them again

just completed the 1st directors meeting with Jon Bird. Well it was like no other meeting I have experienced in marketing. Jon challenged us and we really had to think hard about ourselves and what we wanted to portray as a business. Much fun, laughter and energy along the way!

The MD is a total con artist and fraudster. Doesn't pay his employees on time, makes up multiple excuses as to why this is, from an issue with your bank, to an issue with his bank, or you’ll get half your wages on pay day then the other half a bit later and as soon as you question this or you start to feel that all isn’t what he says, you get fired. High turnover of staff, mainly young, impressionable women. He doesn’t pay pension contributions on your behalf and has been taken to small claims court a multitude of times from ex employees to get their wages. How this man is still allowed to conduct business is beyond me.

I've had the pleasure of both a Social Clinic and a Strategy session with Jon. Both were enlightening, motivating, energising and supremely good fun. I cannot recommend Delivered Social enough. Every business should have a Jon.

I have been working with Emma Wiltshire at Delivered Social for a little over a year now to build my companies organic SEO standing via a blog process. Emma has been nothing but a marvel, demonstrating a great deal of care, diligence and knowledge throughout. Delivered Social have been fantastic with looking after my social media posts. Our charity has a new appeal going out very soon and I realised I left the social media side of things to the last minute. This incredible company offers their outstanding skillset to charitable organizations for free. I applied and was offered help to build a website. I'd expected a basic, "no frills" outcome, and would have been pleased with that. But NO! I was given the same VIP treatment and service as a highly paying client would expect and Annie Weller worked tirelessly to build an outstanding website and to "hold my hand" through the technical things that I needed to do. Delivered Social have been so patience and understanding, our Charity provides support for people with a Learning Disability. We have been under a lot of pressure due to Covid-19 which in turn affected our communication and response time to Delivered Social, however they were very accommodating and we got there in the end, thank you Annie W for all your help and support.

Delivered Social offered to re-design and host our charity website and I found all the people there, helpful, efficient and technically very capable, Annie Weller in particular.

And what was even better was the fact they did the whole job at no charge as part of their mission to apply their talents for the benefit of the communities in which they operate.

We have been using Delivered Social for just over 6 months, the quality of our website exceeded expectations, and the support from the team is second to none. Having used other web-developers I would doubt we could have picked better. We had an issue yesterday and Kevin O’d responded quickly, communicated in a manner, as a layman I could follow, and he resolved the issue within the hour. I also received a follow up email this morning asking if everything was working as it should…. Great team, great product, could not ask for more.

When I came across Delivered Social's services, I kept wondering what the catch was, but there isn't one! Both the initial clinic and the directors day with Jon were incredible - he helped us take a step back and find so much clarity about where we are, and where we want to go, and gave us so many fresh ideas and fresh energy to drive forward. His approach is very honest (exactly what we needed!) but fun, and his expertise shines through. I'm very excited to move ahead with the rest of the Delivered Social team and can't wait to see what they come up with.
