Avoid this Delko Brand.

I am sharing my personal experience with DELKO to help other sellers make an informed decision.

I purchased 200 units directly from the brand for approximately $7,500 to sell on Amazon. Before purchasing, I was informed that reseller sales were allowed. However, after the product went live, my Amazon listings were removed due to a counterfeit/authenticity complaint Send by Brand.

Since then, I have been trying to resolve the matter professionally. Unfortunately, for the past 5 months, I have received no response despite sending multiple emails (50+), making phone calls, and attempting contact via LinkedIn. Eventually, communication was completely stopped.

Due to the lack of support and communication, I suffered a significant financial loss (approximately $7,500) and was left without any resolution or guidance.

I am not commenting on product quality. My concern is strictly about after-sales support, communication, and reseller relationship management.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other sellers to be very cautious before investing in inventory from this brand, especially if you rely on brand cooperation for marketplace compliance.

On Starting they give you a timely response and Everything After Purchasing they Dont Know Who Are you..

Car même si ce bouton est fait en 2 partie collé a travers la carcasse de l'outil..je suis capable de le faire..mais la société delko tools ne veut pas fournir cet ensemble qui ne coute pas cher.! C'est totalement pas professionnel.. d'obliger à racheter l'appareil entier a 160 euros environ.... c'est totalement inacceptable de vendre ca!
A l'heure ou on parle l'écologie et d'obsolescence programmée...
