I worked with Rachel Honoway for several years at a previous employer and I could rave about her for hours, but I'll try to keep this short and sweet.

Rachel was a leader in the company and I was a measly Customer Service Manager of 7 agents when I had the opportunity to work directly with her. My experience with Delta Catalyst Lab has been phenomenal.
