Bad customer service
Item showed in stock when ordering. Paid extra for first class delivery. 1 week later and still not arrived. Called to find out why, was told the item was not in stock and not expected for another 2 to 3 weeks. No attempt to contact me to advise of this.

Dental Direct I found to be trustworthy and delivery fast ,and the product of secure for dentures is perfect ,I can honestly say they stick like glue and your dentures stay secure and in place ,I can eat anything without the dentures moving,Thank you .

Able to order product but not in stock!
Ordered 2 tubes of toothpaste for my daughter, she doesn’t do flavour! On back order for over a month!!
I did receive an email advising me but doesn’t really help much, why have it available on the website if not in stock?
