We are so happy to have DEOS as our stationery supplier and copier provider. They have been endlessly helpful for us here at our city centre church. Communication, timely deliveries, price/cost and all-round friendliness has been exceptional. I would highly recommend them.

We have worked with DEOS for 16 years and always found them to be a very professional company who have portrayed two exceptional attributes throughout their time as our photocopier suppliers: the first is that they take the time to match the exact needs of our business to the type of copiers installed and they then incorporate this into the detail of the contract. Secondly, the after sales service is incomparable; they are always at the end of the phone with advice, they send timely deliveries to our site, and their engineers are always on call when required. For our business, where event management requires everything to be working on event day, this level of service sets DEOS apart from other suppliers.

We (Temple Wealth Management) have been using Deos now for the past 2 years and we can not fault them. They are easy to use and speak too, if we ever have a question or request they are always happy to help. We have a printer contract and use them for stationary- they have also been able to provide the items we need at a competitive price and provide the printer contract with print credits that match our needs.

We switched to DEOS for our managed print services and are so much happier than with our previous provider. They provide exactly what we need, when we need it, and are quick to respond to any issues. They are local to us, which we really like, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

We have been using DEOS since late 2019, firstly for stationery and consumables and then for photocopier/printer. All stationery/consumables are delivered within a day. the photocopier/printer was set up with no hassle and has worked out a lot cheaper going through DEOS then with bigger companies. We try to keep to local suppliers where we can.

From installation to ongoing support, everything has been seamless. Toner replacements arrive before we even realise we need them, and any technical queries are resolved quickly with no fuss. It’s rare to find a supplier that combines great tech with great customer service, but DEOS does it.
Highly recommend to any business looking for hassle-free printing and top-tier support.

We have dealt with DEOS for many years, apart for a 3 year period when we used a different company. We soon reverted back to DEOS as we realised that the service recieved from DEOS can't be rivalled. We have always had excellent customer service from Matt and all the staff. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and if we have ever had a query, they have dealt with it in a professional and efficient manner. Matt is always open to a bit of negotiation, wherever he can and we always get an excellent deal from him with our 2 printer/copier/scanners. We will definitely carry on using DEOS in future.

'I would like to say that when the unit was delivered it definitely wasn’t straight forward at all and really a 2 man job but I would like to say Guy went over and above with pure determination ( and sweat) he got the unit up the stairs in to the office , then set it all up ,he was a pleasure to have in the office helping us and getting it all get set up and making sure we knew what we was doing.'

I would highly recommend the unit and the team there was no hard sale and always happy to answer lots of our questions.

We had a trail period and at no point pressured to sign up for a contract we got regular calls to see if all was ok and if we needed any help with anything.
