Impossible to cancel subscription. The cancel button on the website doesn't work and they don't respond to email requests. I will need to dispute through my cc company. Have requested cancellation no less than 4 times with no reply

This is a total scam. They automatically put you into a subscription and will charge you for cancelling it (if you ever hear back from them or even get the product that you ordered). DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Never received my order after payment on 1/5/2026. Have reached out via e-mail and was told would receive my order by 1/17/2026 never came. Reached out again on 1/25/2026 with no response . I have submitted a fraud claim with my bank. BEWARE !!!!!!

Total scam, they fail to tell you that when you subscribe, they won't let you cancel before getting 3 more orders. If you insist, they charge you a $10 fee.

Stay way, don't subscribe unless you are ready to make a long-term commitment.

I placed an order months ago and despite reaching out to customer service multiple times through email, their web service and on social media I have been completely ignored. They have stolen my money without fulfilling my order. I have read on social media dozens and dozens of other people have had the same issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. Report them to the financial ombudsman or the authorities because they need to be investigated and shut down.

The products are expensive but they do work really well if you’re consistent. However, due to financial difficulty, I had to cancel my subscription. Customerservice was truly wonderful to work with as I was having technical difficulties. I recommend giving these products a try.

These performed very poorly and failed to stay in place from the very first use. It is highly unlikely that they are suitable for reuse. Do not waste your money!

The silicon patches do work a little to improve fine lines, but the exact same products (or a wider selection even) are sold online for less than a fifth of the price. Pacifica patches are better because you can wear them overnight with serum underneath. I wish I'd known that before purchasing - this was a good introduction to silicon masks, but you're paying for the branding. My main issue with the company is the sneaky way you are forced into a subscription. When you sign up, it's not made clear that you have to receive a minimum of three shipments before you can cancel. You can't cancel before then, even if you find the product isn't working for you, unless you pay a fee. I've been remembering to log in and skip shipments instead, which is really time consuming.

Misleading minimum spend

They lock you into a minimum of 3 orders (even though the cancel button says 1 order) and charge a $10 fee to "cancel" early. Customer service is unresponsive unless you say you're going to do a charge back. Would not recommend to anyone! Love reusable patches but don't buy from this company.

I bought a subscription and when the patch arrived it was tiny, I do not have a big forehead and it was way too small - would suit a child. So I tried to cancel subscription and it when I click cancel a pop up occurs saying ‘an error has occurred’ I will try to cancel through PayPal but I am not comfortable with the honesty of this site

Shady company. Be super careful with subscriptions.

I've never encountered a site like this before, where you can't cancel subscriptions until you've had 3 orders or you can pay a fee to cancel after 2 orders. This information is NOT placed anywhere obvious to make you read it.

I reached out to customer support multiple times, approximately 10x, and they NEVER responded ONCE.

I would NEVER order from this company again.
