The customer service was good at the time of treatment. However, the final result was not as I wished, when I queried this, no offer was made for another consultation or to fix the problem. They, then suggested they explained the limitations in the consultation, but they did not. Had they been clear I would have used a different clinic as I have achieved my desired results elsewhere.
