Was unsure whether to purchase online as price was much cheaper than the shops I had visited . Following a phone call to a very friendly lady . I ordered some sunglasses . They arrived via Royal Mail in a matter of days and were exactly as described . A very happy customer. Highly recommend.

The choice of frames is excellent and good value. I chose to visit the shop and it’s best to check with them first as not all frames are at the shop.

I was able to select the frames I liked and was given great help to select the appropriate Varifocals lenses.

Because I was at the shop I was assured of proper readings for the PD which is so difficult to get from any other optician and I was not confident doing that myself.

They said the lenses would take 5-7 working days and it was just under the 5 days which was fab.

Love the frames and the lenses are excellent. I may have to return to the shop just to get them slightly adjusted as they are slipping down my nose but you only know that after wearing them.

I used the online chat and that was fabulous and the staff at the shop were lovely. Allowing me to look at all the frames I wanted and suggesting what I might like.

They made my prescription as + instead of - (my prescription is 2.75 and 3.0 so obviously I can't use them) and are refusing to refund. Be very careful if you choose this place. I'll update this if they do refund me, so if this is still visible, they haven't refunded!

Spoke to Lisa on the phone to confirm that the glasses I wanted were in stock. They were and dispatched the same day they arrived first thing, packaged extremely well, the following morning.
