Fantastic service and a big thank you to Fia for all her help and advice. Delivery of radiators was quick and also managed to arrange for one to be swapped for a bigger size. Phone calls and regular status emails made it easy. Highly recommended.

Order arrived in good very…
Order arrived very well-wrapped, just two days after it was placed. We bought two Aluminium radiators in the style we wanted, at a similar price to steel radiators that we'd seen elsewhere. Service and radiators really excellent - we're very pleased with our purchase.

The radiator bought had a crack in it
The radiator bought had a crack in it, now having to take it back at my own cost. In light of the full refund given i've uplifted my initial feedback to 4 star

Thank you for your review Mr Dhillon. As the radiator you purchased was an ex-display item and available for collection only, these radiators are sold as seen and non-refundable, they can only be returned at cost to buyer. When we spoke about the crack in the radiator, you discussed how neither we nor you could have known about the crack until installation due to how small it was. After inspecting the radiator in the showroom when you came to collect it, you were happy to receive the item. It is unfortunate that an unknown crack appeared in the radiator which was not seen when viewing in the showroom, but we did agree to have this radiator returned and provided a full refund, which we typically do not do. with ex-display models. I am sorry you were unable to install the radiator but am pleased we were able to resolve your purchase with a full refund.

I had an excellent experience with this company, despite making a relatively small purchase. Fia was extremely efficient and went out of her way to ensure that I ordered the correct part. It arrived the day after I ordered it. I can strongly recommend.

From the minute of enquiry to placement of order to delivery, can’t fault them at all. I wanted to collect the radiator on first instance, but the situation changed later and I asked for shipping which day very kindly agreed to. Material arrived swiftly and in good condition.
