Absolute scam. They send fake products from China labeled as whitening cream and refused to issue a refund. Stay away!

Scammer stay away !!! Worst company and multiple lies and misleading emails I will take legal action if anyone as well has similar issues

They auto-renewed me without my perminssion. Package arrived late. I could not get in touch with customer service. I had to cancel the subscription from credit card. 1 out of 10 the cleanse was a 3. Dont waste your money or your time. I received a better cleanse doing it the old fashion way. Plus I found out after the fact they make claims that are not founded. You've been warned.

They auto subscribe you and charge you every month + they use celebrities to promote their products using photoshop and ai. They should be shut down!

Absolutely disgusting company, put me on a subscription, without me knowing, then took money out of my bank, I emailed them several times. I had to call my bank and cancel the subscription. Do Not Use this company

I genuinely have never been so appalled by a company before in my life. I honestly don't think a single real person works for the customer support team. It's impossible to cancel your subscription on their website. I emailed support, they said they cancelled it. I was finally able to find a way to view my subscription through another website, Shop, and found that it was still active. I cancelled it, but the refund process has been completely absurd. It's costing me almost $30 just to return the product to them and get my refund. Every time I try to call the phone number listed on the website, I'm sent to voicemail but can't leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. The product didn't work for me at all, but I honestly don't even care about that. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down.

BUT - there are no clear instructions for how long to use beyond a one day use. Not sure if you’re meant to or not for finding results as there were no results in one day use following the instructions given.
WORSE THAN THIS - I somehow ended up in a subscription without my knowledge (I think to claim a first buy discount?). It wasn’t clear. As soon as I found out, and BEFORE another several hundred $ worth paying for shipment from USA to Australia I asked for it to be canceled. Not once, 3 times. They refused to do as I asked and after the fact shipped the product and are making me pay. Terrible customer service and will never buy anything from them again.

Unfortunately I think this product is a scam. All the tinctures seem to be the same. They are beautifully packaged and I did part of it with no noticeable result.

It is very expensive. I was horrified to notice $200 debited from my account the following month. Apparently I had bought a subscription! I have no recollection of doing this.

I tried to find a contact and cancel but could not. There is an email that’s all.

Tomorrow I will have to cancel my Visa card to block this company.

It’s very disappointing. Please don’t buy this product. Maybe it’s best to see a local herbalist if that is what works for parasite cleanses.

I had a very poor experience with both the product and the company. Their customer service is atrocious—completely unwilling to assist with canceling a subscription even though I requested it before the order shipped. When I asked to return the unopened product, I was told they simply don’t allow returns, regardless of the situation. They advertise a seven-day return window “if the quality isn’t correct,” but in the same sentence state that if the product is opened, it’s nonrefundable—so essentially, the policy is useless. They also said they don’t cover return shipping, which I was fine paying, but still refused to take it back. As for the product itself, it made me nauseous and sick with no noticeable benefits. I even brought it to my doctor, who confirmed that the ingredients in the tincture are present in amounts far too low to have any real effect. In their words, it’s basically a scam. Overall, I’m left disappointed with the company’s lack of support and a product that not only didn’t help but actively made me feel worse. I would strongly advise others to steer clear.

Please do not purchase this product or from this company. First of all they sell your info (in the terms&conditions) the ingredients to not treat parasites.
It’s made in china. Each person I have seen receives what looks a different liquid. Please be careful.

I don’t know what the negative reviews are about. Website is clean, clear, and I bought a cleanse which arrived quickly and beautifully packaged.

I started the cleanse already and am pleased with it.

I can’t see a reason to ding a company for providing a product as described in a timely manner.

AWFUL COMPANY!!!! Do not waste your money! First of all, very expensive. Second, it took FOREVER to arrive. I did the first kit and noticed nothing. I went to start the second as recommended to make sure to do a full cleanse so it’s done properly. The first bottle I opened, I go to take a drop and there’s something very strange in the dropper. It’s some type of bug, or piece of material, or plastic. It is stuck in the dropper and looks scary to consume. I emailed customer service, they took FOREVER again and I had to email twice to get a response.
They then came back with “the product is fine, just shake the bottle more, there is no problem, goodbye”

So now I only did half the cleanse and a complete waste of money. Please read trust pilot prior to purchasing

Terrible support, i don't think anyone actually reads the requests. I tried calling, text and email now 4 days and they seem to have automatic response it is impossible to return the product. i think this company is a scam - there is no way to contact them, they don't respond. i have not opened the product but i read reviews that others are communicating a scam. So don't buy
