Detox kitchen is amazing food - I use the vegan cleanse and it is always so tasty and delicious. You get so much throughout the day in terms of meals, snacks and juices - it's so worth it. You feel amazing!

Great experience so far
I was initially hesitant to sign up due to the high cost - but decided in the end because I am really in need of a reset. Everything about my experience has been seamless - from delivery overnight to having all the food I need during the week so I don't have to think about what I'm eating. The customer service team is super responsive (I changed my delivery instructions) and the food itself is great. Has made my life so much easier and healthier - and I don't even feel hungry!

Predatory practices and taking money when cancelled
Cancelled my subscription on 14th November. They make it very hard to cancel, with no option from the website. I had to do it via WhatsApp.
Today, 29th December, they just charged me for a delivery due 2nd January. I’m appalled they have taken money out of my account when they assured me the subscription was cancelled. I’ve sent them proof of the WhatsApp discussion (the only way I could get the subscription cancelled).
They come across as a predatory and unprofessional company and I would strongly recommend you avoid for all of the headaches they bring. There are better options out there.

Really good food
Really good food. I'm disabled and can't cook anymore.Have used them for months. Their Xo salmon and Xo tofu are lovely. The sauces delicious. I know I'm getting some decent nutrition. Delivery is always good. Only thing I find is there's no info on how to cancel a subscription on the website. I had to email them as I had 2 subscriptions running concurrently accidentally. Also, an option to add discount codes on existing subscriptions would be nice.

3 day box had all snacks missing ,I…
3 day box had all snacks missing ,I asked for them to be delivered and they just refunded me £12 .I have given up with the individual days delivered as it was hit and miss with it actually coming and being the right programme . Such a shame the food is fab but logistics too unreliable .

Disappointing
Sadly the standard of Detox kitchen has plummeted. The customer service has been very helpful, but the meals themselves have been very disappointing. Wrong ingredients. Ingredients that weren’t listed. Wrong labels. Poorly made dishes. I would advise DK to review their kitchens and courier service.

Delicious meals every time!
I have been a loyal customer of Detox Kitchen since 2018, I absolutey love their food!! I dont think I have received a meal or juice that I haven't liked.
Would highly reccomend them to anyone that hasn't tried. I currently have a Fridge Fills subscription which is so easy to manage and helps keep me on track with my healthy lifestyle.

Sadly quality has really declined
I have almost completed two weeks of the protein cleanse.
The pros: delivery is punctual. The juices are nice.
The cons: food is simply not tasty, lacks seasoning and interesting ingredients. Some meals also have more rice than I’d expect for a health brand.
This has been a letdown as I’ve been a consumer of Detox Kitchen since 2014 and what it is today is a shadow of what is once was. Will not be ordering again.

Fresh, tasty, delivered on time. Means I do t have to think about meal planning for a few days & also I don’t turn to convenience food as there is something delicious in the fridge- generous portions too.

Felt great after 3 day reset
Felt great after 3 day reset. Great tasting food too. Will definitely do it again. Only recommendation would be to have flexibility on the snacks as I don’t like eggs. It would’ve been nice to substitute it for another snack,

An easy way to stick to your intention
I have really enjoyed the experience. Most food is very delicious. Portions are small and this has really reset my need for food within 5 days.
I look leaner.
I did this only to maintain weight and health.
