Photos on line looked promising but not as expected when received. I was not able to get a refund but did receive a partial credit and kept the items. They will be donated to a women’s shelter. Decent items, just not for me. Customer service has always been prompt with replies and support.

I am only giving 1 star because I have to. The quality of the clothes is sub-par. They are not true to size. I am trying to return or get a refund and they are giving me the run around. I am not sending the clothes made in "North Carolina" to Dubai.
I will send them back with a postage paid label, but that is all. Their advertising says customer satisfaction guaranteed except, they don't mean it. They have gone from offering me $20 to $60 was their last offer, but I spent $130.96 and that is what I want back. Wished I had read reviews before purchasing.

This company is a sham. The items are shipped from China. They decide if you can return them or not. The quality is very poor and is not a true representation of what is pictured on their site. I will never buy from them again. It’s a trick and a scam.

The dresses are beautiful. One is very long on me and I will probably give it to my daughter.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress and it was too small. I contacted them to exchange the dress. They requested $16.00 for postage for the exchange and a screen shot of proof of payment to them. I complied and they have not sent the new dress in the corrected size and have not responded to my inquiries.

I was happy with my order and the quality of the products. I had hoped to receive my order in less time than it took to arrive but was content once I received the delivery.

Purchased 2 dresses that were suppose to be made in South Carolina, NOT, they were made in China. The fabric was super cheap, the seams were crooked and each dress was made from 2 pieces of fabric sewed together. The fabric was ugly. Clearly not the product shown on their web site. When I tried to return the 2 dresses that cost over $114.00 they offered me $8.00 and wanted me to keep these ugly dresses. I refused, after several e-mails they were up to $50.00 and they still wanted me to keep these sub par dollar store dresses. Finally after several more e-mails they gave me this address to return the dresses: No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571. Dubai, clearly not South Carolina. Total SCAM of a company. Their customer service is no customer service.

Your company is not being honest. YOUR ads say the dresses are made in the UNITED STATES, but in reality the tags say made in CHINA. YOU also state they can be returned FREE within 30 days. That is also untrue.
The dresses are cheaply made of poor fabric. The sizing is not true to the measurements. I was extremely disappointed and do not want them, but I refuse to pay the return postage. I would like a refund
WILL RETURN THEM IF YOU PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE AS YOU ADVERTISE. I tried to call to no avail.

Quality, fit perfect

This company is an absolute scam. There are no returns, just laughable multiple offers of a $ amount that is a small fraction of what you paid for the item initially.

The size is correct but it bunches in the back -on both dresses and does not sit properly. It is unwearable for me.

I’m delighted with the dress! The fabric is what I hoped for and the size fit perfectly although it was too long. One suggestion…make the dresses in petite for those of us who are under 5’4”. I did have to hem this.

My dress arrived in time for an event to which I wanted to wear it. Thank you. The colours are just what was viewed on-line which was appreciated.

I love the dress I ordered. Fits me well, is very light weight and comfortable. I am 5'7" and 190 lbs. I ordered an XL. I'm usually a size 16. I am a bra size B. If I was any bigger, the dress would have been too tight across the chest.

I ordered a dress for an event and it did not fit. They would not accept my return and offered me $8 back for a $68 dress. Now I’m stuck with a dress I can’t wear and out $68.

La robe commandée, pourtant si jolie sur le site en ligne, est arrivée de couleur bien différente, de longueur différente et dans un tissu très bon marché faite en Chine. Presque Impossible de retourner,….après quelques communications,ils n offrent que 5$ de compensation pour que je la conserve… ne commandez pas avec eux et ne gaspillez pas votre argent!!

Communication. I had ordered wrong sizes on two items and immediately realized it. I emailed my mistake and received an answer the same day that the corrections had been taken care of. I love my new clothes.

I love the dress - 2nd one of this style! The fabric draping and comfort are amazing and I've had so many compliments on my 1st dress already. This order I added another style dress (may make the hem even all around rather than longer in the back) but it fits like a charm and I'm wearing my lightweight jacket all the time.

The merchandise was delivered and quality just as expected and hoped for, though sizing a bit off (snugger than usual size). Perhaps if it were ACTUALLY made in South Carolina, as advertised, rather than China, it would fit right. It took longer than expected, and all communication was after prompting on my part, but customer service response was immediate with each request. I'm looking forward to wearing these dresses.
