The order arrived undamaged. The dresses were great. Sometimes order a large so it fits like a medium. I first bought something from them 10 years ago. I still have the coat today. It's beautiful. The dresses are very high quality. They last for many years. Excellent. I already have my next order in the shopping cart.

my dress was extremely high quality and made with great materials. it looks great on me and im so excited to wear it to prom! the hoop skirt was a little too big for my skirt so it doesn't fit right at the bottom but it is an easy fix and not the fault of the seller.

J'ai toujours eu mes commandes sans aucun problème. La dernière a été un peu longue à cause des contrôles à l'aeroport CDG [suite au scandale SHINE] mais ce n'est pas de la faute du site marchand.

Je vois les avis négatif à propos des remboursements. Alors, faut savoir que c'est une entreprise qui vend des produits fabriqués en Chine & que les règles en Chine sont assez compliquées. Si vous voulez des produits européens, faudra mettre le prix chez un tailleur. [Mais bon... Dans le monde du textile, quelle marque ne vend pas des produits fait en asie ?]

Pour la qualité des produits : C'est assez bon. Pas de défaut, pas de problème. Faut juste bien vérifier les tailles. D'une marque à une autre, un S ne sera pas le même. Punk Rave fera un M très européen alors que les autres marques seront beaucoup plus petites.

I had gotten one of the leather gothic skirts, and the quality was amazing! I love the feel of it. I appriciate that the company also made sure my package was received, which is nice because i live in an apartment, and my packages are often delivered wrong. Despite some of the negative reviews, I cannot fault our experience with DevilNight.

After looking high and low for a prom dress, my daughter fell in love with a dress on their website. I read the reviews (both the positive & negative) and decided to bite the bullet and spent quite a lot of money on her 'gothic princess' prom dress (£239) and honestly ... it did not disappoint! The dress is gorgeous and very well made. It fits her perfectly and she absolutely LOVES it.

Communication was good. The lead time was as expected, at roughly 10 days to despatch. Shipping took a further 7 days, but I had expected this because I knew it was coming out of China.

It did feel like a bit of a gamble ordering such an expensive dress from an unfamiliar company, but I paid using PayPal for some added protection and honestly, I didn't have any need for concern.

Beautiful clothes of excellent quality, swift delivery and awesome customer service.

So much cool goth clothing on their site! I was first questionable about the quality till it arrived. Its very good and sturdy not feeling like it would rip easily and the details are insane on some of the pieces I bought. Would highly recommend buying your clothing here! Just make sure you read the measurements! Otherwise you have some lovely staff working at customer support who are willing to help you.

Communication was swift and clear, delivery time was as stated. The item arrived in good condition and was exactly as advertised. Very good experience overall.

These must be fake reviews! I ordered the item, 2 weeks later told out of stock. Asked if there was something else I wanted, there was but also out of stock. I asked for a refund, I was offered a credit note, I said no I want a refund. That was 8th December and I’m still waiting. SCAM COMPANY
