They were very rude to me and offered no support. I was shown some profit on my account (which I'm not even sure was legitimate), but I tried to make a withdrawal for an emergency and that's when the issues began. I was asked to pay one fee or another or some tax in advance that was a huge sum. Pushed to my limit, I sort a solution and Eleven and Stone was it. Evaluated my situation and resolved it in a timely manner, making sure it ended with having my money back with me. Dfcoins have been an absolute nightmare.

Do not Trust this company, they make it seam like they are a legit trading platform, but when you go into their terms and conditions they list another domain name instead of their own so it looks like they took a legit company and just masked all the data to create their own. They give you advice for investments, but will only allow you to make a withdraw if you pay fees into a wallet that you cannot prove is linked to the company itself. When you ask the assistant questions they get irritated and then refuse to help you once you start to make valid points. Their explanations of the fee doesn't even follow what they tell you the fee is charged for. STAY AWAY from this company and think twice before sending them funds to your trade account. I have reached out via e-mail several times as well as left messages on the feedback page online and i get no responses, All I want is my money returned.
