Lewis was amazing at his job and every question I had he answered straight away.

Just called in to browse, spoke with Lewis had an idea what i was interested in and directed me. Spoke aboit various styles that would suit comfort. Left me to browse, no pressure to buy.
Called in next day with husband to purchase. Spoke with Pamela explained i wanted to spend time just trying sofa which she understood & left me to it. Called her over placed order.
Found both staff knowledgeabke, respectful & no pressure to purchase. Very relaxed & happy experience.

We went to buy a new sofa but I need to take my dog in to try him on the sofa to make sure we both fit find, he’s a Labrador cross and this was not an issue Zak was fantastic and nothing was an issue and he takes through everything on the sofa we bought

In store experience at DFS Metro Centre was superb. We were assisted by Juliet who was very knowledgeable about the ranges, took time to explain everything in detail and understand our needs and preferences. Can’t wait to get our new sofa.

Staff were excellent well informed on furniture

After discovering an issue with a seven year old sofa from DFS, I visited the store in the hope they could offer some help to rectify the problem. I spoke to Mark and he couldn’t have been more helpful, despite me no longer having the receipt . Unbeknown to me, each sofa comes with a 15 year structural warranty and Mark quickly assessed my issue and arranged for a speedy repair.I can’t rate the service high enough and Mark was superb. Thank you

I visited the store by Newcastle Metro Centre and the Sales Assistant David, was so helpful and knowledgeable, I fell in love with the sofa and armchair and really enjoyed the stores presentation of its furniture. Loved the Summer sale prices, which really help!

Staff great don't push you let you look round but there if you need them Patrick was great explained everything.
