Very clean store. Explained what I was looking for and was directed to bed section. Within minutes the order had been sorted and financial bit done. Very efficient staff and very helpful.

The sales rep was friendly and professional. He did not rush me and explained everything really well. I did not feel pressured, and to be honest before entering the store I thought there may be a pressure sale but there wasn't.

Excellent customer service, no forcing or Jumping on me as soon as I walked through the door. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Made you feel comfortable and spent time exploring options. Lovely store and staff!

Super friendly and easy to talk to, helped answer all queries we had, straight to the point in regards to all the information we needed and even made all four of us a drink whilst we waited. All around great experience for a first time sofa buyer.

We went to the store prepared, but were helped by a lovely member of staff whose approach was relaxing but also covered all the necessary aspects of the purchase. Can’t fault the service, thank you.

Matt and the team made the whole visit very pleasant indeed, everything was explained to us in detail, we had several choices but settled exactly for what we wanted, every member of staff was very helpful indeed, i would fully recommend a visit to this branch for all furniture requirements. They all had a pleasant attitude and a smile, that made a lot of difference to us. thank you.

From my initial online search, to visiting the Giltbrook store to compare my shortlist, to ordering my new suite, foot stool and scatter cushions online, the process has been seamlessly smooth and communication since placing my order has been exemplary.

We had a great experience buying our sofa, Charlotte was fantastic and our baby loved her 😊
