It was lovely to walk in to a shop and not to be set on by staff, they were very friendly a polite good afternoon and if you want any help just ask. We walk around the store with no pressure which was lovely and relaxed, once we found what we were looking for it was ease to find a member of staff to ask questions. The member of staff (Kurtis) was very good and answer all the question we asked, the whole thing was very pleasent.
We made are choice of sofa and chair and we were talked through all the different cover insurance and guarantee's, with no pressure to buy anything we did not need. Everything was very well explained, the whole thing was very good.
After we had a good think we made our purchase the whole experience was great.
This will be our third purchase from DFS in 25 years and we have not been disappointed so far with the service.

I was dealing with the manager, Mr. Will, at DFS, and he was excellent throughout the entire process. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, making everything straightforward and stress-free. His communication was clear, and he ensured the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service he provided.

We were looking for a bed for our Daughter and had seen one on the DFS web site. It looked like the one our Daughter liked. We took a trip to our local DFS store and were greeted politely. We looked around the store for said bed, and after a while a gentleman approached and sake he could help. There was NO pushy sales talk, we asked a couple of questions and our minds were made up and proceeded to purchase the bed. After 10 minutes or so of a few simple questions our order was placed. It seems like a long time ago where the sales person(s) would pounce on you as you entered the store for a sale(which maybe you didn’t want), not on this occasion we were left to decide in our own time, well done DFS keep up the good work.

Great service from Charlotte in the Hull branch , wasn't pestered or harassed she just made herself available when we was ready to order. This is our 3rd time ordering new furniture from this branch .

We were left alone to browse round the shop, we approached the sales person when we were ready to make our purchase. The staff were friendly and everyone said hello, Vicky was especially helpful talked us through everything and we didn’t feel obliged to purchase more.
