Don was very helpful showing me the recliner chairs I wanted to see.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.
I ordered a stool foot that arrived without the Easiglides/sliders that I paid for. I was originally advised a delivery timeframe of 10–14 working days (from 21 March), but that has long passed and I still haven’t received the missing parts.
Even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve sent three emails (including one on 27th April) and haven’t received a single response, no update, no explanation.
I’m left with an incomplete item that I can’t properly use, and no clarity on when this will be resolved.
This level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend based on this experience.

We purchased a sofa set and a coffee table today at DFS Kettering. The staff member Lucy was extremely helpful and polite. She explained all the buying options, delivery time frames and care protection plans which made a buying process very quick and easy.
