The gentlemans name was Ronan [I believe ] at the Maidstone store. He was a delight to deal with. Not pushy, very well informed about the products, and completed the procedural aspects of the purchase efficiently. We bought our last sofa from DFS and he represents the level of service as the reason we return to this store.

We had a fantastic experience with James at DFS Maidstone while purchasing our new sofa. As we were visiting from Jersey on holiday, James made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. He took the time to talk us through all the shipping and delivery arrangements clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was organised smoothly while we were away.

His customer service was friendly, patient, and professional throughout, and we really appreciated the extra care and attention he gave us. Thank you, James, for making what could have been a complicated process so straightforward we’re really looking forward to receiving our new sofa.

Was a pleasure to use DFS no pressure sales just helpful advice from a lovely man called David we gave him the size of the space to fill the sofa we wanted and he done the rest apart from pay for it lol.

Not only did the wife get a new sofa but also managed to sneak a new rug into the mix which David managed to sort a little discount on.
