Good help from Matt Lea in the store…
Good help from Matt Lea in the store with dimensions then went home to check it would fit before ordering over the phone from home. I emailed Matt for him to ring me, giving my phone number.
Matt wasn’t available when DFS rang me but Jenny took the order. Unfortunately she spelt my surname incorrectly on the order so I wasn’t able initially to logon and settle the balance on the website. Having spotted the name was incorrect when the confirmation email came through I was then able to logon and pay.
Update:
Matt had been called to A&E for his son, but got back to me later by email and sorted out the spelling error on the order. I’ve uprated the score to 5 stars for his dedication to getting a good job completed!

Staff was very helpful.
Staff was very helpful. But Delivery dates are not up to customers. I wasn’t made aware of this. I was told I would get a choice on dates and times for delivery. Which was not the case. To change delivery days you will be charged extra. I think that was unfair to not give me a choice.

New Sofa - great experience
I was left to look around in peace - no pushy sales - once my decision was made I found a Salesman. He answered my questions, he came across very knowledgeable. The quote for my furniture was very clear. I could choose to delay delivery too - really lovely experience
