The lady was wonderful & knowledgeable about the product, gwvs us all the information we wanted & needed

Helpful polite staff without over the top pushy sales. Sam whom we dealt with was courteous and friendly explaining our options to do wth our purchase.

Sue who helped us allowed to take our time looking around and was available when we were ready. She was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to offer best advise .

Lovely experience, easy to wander around the showroom without being pestered, unlike some other places. Once we decided on a sofa the process was efficient and easily completed. Sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding our order. Everything was double checked which ensured our order was correct. Would definitely recommend DFS in Warrington, especially their staff.

The member of staff who did our order was fantastic. Didn't try to upsell us, was just there to help us get what we needed and took a genuine interest in us, our position and what we needed.

Fantastic experience at DFS Warrington. Cathy the member of staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful when I explained what I wanted.

I first visited last week and was greeted at the door and was left to have a wander around and not pressured. I advised I would return with a friend after measuring up.

I returned today with my friend (26th May) was given a delicious cup of coffee and had a smooth process of ordering.

Cathy went through everything I needed to make sure everything was set for delivery.

I highly recommend this DFS store.

Went into the Warrington store spoke to Cathy. She is very knowledgeable and spent time with me listening and understanding what I wanted before I knew myself. There was no rush or pressure to buy, she was excellent and is a credit to your company. Thank you Cathy

We had a really good buying experience, Sue was really helpful, we never felt any pressure from sales staff. We purchased a sofa, stool and table and used their interest free option which is a no brainer in my opinion.....
Really happy with our experience so far, we can't wait to receive our new furniture.
