Promising Start To A New Relationship!
I have recently started doing business with this company.
So far, I have had prompt service and excellent contact.
As long as they keep their pricing realistic and their customer service at an acceptable level I can't see any reason why this company should not develop and prosper.
Anyone can leave them a 'neutral' review ( as an individual opinion) but the commonsense approach is to praise when praise is due!

Good product but...
The product is great but the company didn't keep up the promises made on the conditions section. They promised 24hr delivery (it was actually delivered in 48hrs), also a 2-in-1 laptop sleeve (which wasn't delivered with the package) and also a 1yr subscription to a antivirus software (which also wasn't sent). So I emailed them to figure out what was going on. Had a very speedy reply with apologies, the activation code for the antivirus software and the promise to have delivered the laptop sleeve (which according to the email, they had run out). At the end it was all good and I'm very happy with my product.
