Commitment to customer service
I received email confirmation of order, then the following day an email saying the delivery had been upgraded without charge, I can only presume it missed its picking slot and completed the next day. I didn’t chase or question expected delivery date, and for the company to upgrade it because of an internal error shows the commitment to customer service this company has.

Neon 3D hinge.
I ordered a Neon 3D hinge and when it arrived unfortunately there was some slight damage. Felicity in the sales team was very quick to respond to my email and send out a replacement hinge. Can't fault the service. Have used this company before and I would recommend.
