Extremely fast delivery. Genuine parts sold. My upvc windows were fitted by Droylsden Glass Limited, Manchester 2 years ago. I contacted to ask where I can buy the exact handles that they fitted and is still waiting for a reply. Very bad after sales customer service. After a long search on the internet I managed to find these correct handles from DG Supplyline.

Correct advice given on handing, could only have been bettered had individual components been available to order, only needed the external (snapped off) handle but whole set only available to order at fairly high cost

Descriptive pictorials on the website made it an easy decision to use DG when one of my window gearboxes fractured. In fact I think they’re the only company in the UK that supplied my very specific type. Item arrived very quickly in the most robust packaging I’ve ever seen. Fitting was a breeze and a perfect match. Window now fully serviceable again and working well. Superb service.

We understand your comments regarding our delivery charges. To clarify, we charge a single flat rate of £6.49 for all orders with a value of up to £100. For orders over £100, standard delivery is free of charge.
We specifically choose to use Parcelforce's 48-hour tracked service for all our deliveries. While we are aware that cheaper, untracked options are available, we've found in the past that these methods often result in a significant increase in items not reaching our customers. Our priority is to ensure your order arrives safely and reliably, which is why we invest in a trusted, tracked service. We also have a dedicated in-house team that carefully packages and dispatches all stock items as quickly as possible.
