Zeer teleurstellend en onacceptabel
Wij hebben bij Diamondsbyme twee trouwringen besteld met een ingegraveerde vingerafdruk, maar de kwaliteit was ronduit slecht. De ringen kwamen totaal niet overeen met wat op de website werd gepresenteerd.
De gravure van de vingerafdrukken was veel grover dan verwacht: de groeven waren te diep, de lijnen op meerdere plekken onderbroken en het resultaat leek totaal niet op onze aangeleverde afdrukken of op de voorbeelden op de website. Daarnaast zaten de ringen vol krassen. Juist dit persoonlijke element was voor ons het belangrijkste, waardoor de teleurstelling enorm is.
Toen wij hierover contact opnamen, gebruikte Diamondsbyme als excuus dat elke vingerafdruk uniek is en dat de ringen op de website slechts visuele voorbeelden zijn. Dat rechtvaardigt echter niet dat het eindresultaat zo ver ondermaats is. Diamondsbyme vond hun eigen ringen bovendien “goed genoeg”, een klassieke case van wij van WC eend adviseren WC eend.
Er werd geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid genomen voor de gebrekkige uitvoering ook werd er niet op ons voorstel ingegaan om telefonisch of teamscontact te hebben om tot een oplossing te komen. Na herhaald aandringen werd een belachelijke creditering min 20% voorgesteld, wat volstrekt onacceptabel is.
Uiteindelijk hebben wij de zaak moeten overdragen aan een jurist, omdat Diamondsbyme weigerde de problemen op te lossen. Dat zegt genoeg over hoe zij omgaan met klanten en klachten. Zeer teleurstellend allemaal.
Kortom: een uitermate teleurstellende ervaring. Wij raden ten zeerste af om bij Diamondsbyme te bestellen; zowel de kwaliteit als de klantenservice zijn absoluut ondermaats.

Wat jammer om te lezen dat u dit zo heeft ervaren. Wij betreuren het dat wij in deze kwestie niet samen tot een oplossing zijn gekomen.
Zoals u zelf ook aangeeft, zijn de vingerafdrukken op onze website bedoeld als illustratie van hoe een ontwerp eruit kan zien. Voor het uiteindelijke resultaat is altijd de door de klant aangeleverde vingerafdruk leidend. Juist daarom hebben wij de ringen laten terugkomen voor een zorgvuldige beoordeling, omdat wij feedback echt serieus nemen en graag in oplossingen denken.
Na meerdere beoordelingen is gebleken dat de vingerafdrukken op de ringen overeenkwamen met het door u aangeleverde materiaal en dat het product naar behoren is geleverd, binnen de verwachtingen die wij daarvan mogen hebben. De aanwezige krassen op de ringen hadden wij uiteraard graag kosteloos voor u willen verhelpen.
Wij hebben u destijds ook meegedeeld dat gepersonaliseerde items zoals deze zijn uitgesloten van het retourrecht. Hoewel wij de ringen in deze situatie niet hoefden terug te nemen, hebben wij u uit coulance alsnog een oplossing aangeboden.
Om u tegemoet te komen en alvast onze goede wil te tonen, hebben wij de ringen retour genomen en heeft u het aankoopbedrag terugontvangen, met een waardevermindering van 20%. Aan de verdere afhandeling met uw jurist zullen wij uiteraard volledig meewerken.

Vorsicht Falle - bei Rücksendungen !
Zusammengefasst: meine ordnungsgemäss etikettierte Retoure und laut Tracking von DHL auch an den Empfänger ausgelieferte Sendung ist angeblich nicht bei Diamondsbyme in Niederlande angekommen. Ich habe über 2000 Euro für den Ring bezahlt und warte jetzt seit 2 Monaten auf Rückerstattung!
Das ist passiert:
Am 13.01.2026 hat Diamondsbyme meinen Rücksendeantrag vom 07.01.26 (wegen falscher Ringgrösse) akzeptiert und mir ein Rücksendeetikett per Email geschickt. Ich habe den Ring ordnungsgemäss verpackt, etikettiert und im Originalkarton wie vorgeschrieben im DHL Center abgegeben. Laut DHL-Tracking wurde das Päckchen am 16.01.26 um 11.47 Uhr an der Ablieferadresse bei DBM in Niederlande angeliefert, ein Ablieferbeleg liegt mir vor.
Diamondsbyme behauptet jedoch, dass sie meine Rücksendung nicht erhalten haben. Ich solle eine Reklamation bei DHL einreichen, was ich umgehend getan habe. DHL antwortet mir nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen endlich - nach Wochen! - am 03.03.26, dass sie einen Stempel des Empfängers (den Diamondsbyme nicht hat) auf dem Reklamationsformular für die Bearbeitung brauchen, gleichzeitig teilen sie mir jedoch mit, dass der Versand von Schmuck nicht ihren Beförderungsbestimmungen entspricht.
Am 11.03. habe ich den Sachverhalt an Diamondsbyme geschrieben, seitdem warte ich auf Antwort. Und auf Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises von über 2000 Euro. Keine Antwort, kein Geld zurück – bis heute. Ich werde die Angelegenheit jetzt einem Anwalt übergeben.
Meine Erfahrung kann nur allen potenziellen Käufern eine Warnung sein!

Gleichzeitig möchten wir betonen, dass wir die Rücksendung bis heute nicht erhalten haben und sie auch nicht in unserem System registriert ist.
In dieser Situation ist leider während des Versandprozesses etwas schiefgelaufen, was außerhalb sowohl Ihres als auch unseres direkten Einflusses liegt. Wie bereits in unserer Kommunikation erläutert, können wir nur für Rücksendungen Verantwortung übernehmen, die vollständig über unser Rücksendeverfahren und mit dem von uns bereitgestellten Label versendet und verarbeitet werden.
Obwohl wir formal keine Haftung übernehmen können, haben wir aus Kulanz dennoch mit Ihnen mitgedacht, um eine mögliche Lösung zu finden.
Wir bedauern sehr, dass dieser Prozess nicht zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit verlaufen ist, und hoffen, dass dennoch eine passende Lösung gefunden werden kann.
