I had my car detailed by this company, and my experience was terrible. When I asked for the bill, they told me to pay first and promised to send it later, but now they are refusing to answer my calls. Furthermore, the workers they sent were completely inexperienced, and my car still has too many stains.

Booked them twice, and they never showed up. When I called, the representative told me the staff claimed the work had already been completed, which was completely untrue. The person who was supposed to arrive was online on WhatsApp but never answered my calls or messages.

Very unprofessional service. I’m glad I didn’t pay in advance or rely on them for the job.

Poor poor poor!!! Scammers in the market.
Doesn’t know how to clean. Only want to make money. After coming to house , they said they don’t clean mats, they would charge extra for everything. They didn’t even clean the car from outside not even washed it. Infact our window door locked n not working as well now. Probably taking revenge for not paying those extra bucks. Still took all the money. Beware of fake people doing such business in the market.

Worst service booked it for sunday 11 am got the confirmation as well. But they didn’t turn up and when i called them multiple times no one answered the call even message them multiple times but didn’t get any response. Ruined my whole Sunday plan as well.

This person will purposely damage you car and then say it was already like that , no recite no invoice scammer alert

I hired Diamond Shine Pro for a mobile car detailing. The experience has been a disaster from a professionalism and business ethics standpoint.
Scheduling: I booked an appointment and they didn’t show up. They did call and reschedule for another day at a specific time — but then showed up two hours early without asking whether that worked for me. Complete disregard for the customer’s time.
The work itself: I’ll be fair — the actual cleaning was better than average. Not the best I’ve ever had, but the car was cleaned properly. However, all the garbage removed from the vehicle was dumped on my driveway and left for me to clean up. Charging cables were also left sitting on the car hood. So “detailing” apparently doesn’t include basic cleanup after yourself.
The real issue — no tax invoice: They charged tax on the service but have refused to provide a proper tax invoice. Over three days, I made 14+ phone calls and sent 10+ messages. Every single one ignored. When I call from my own number — no answer. The moment I call from a different number, Lovepreet picks up right away. The avoidance is deliberate.
I have informed them that I will be filing a formal complaint with the CRA. Collecting HST from customers without issuing a tax invoice is a serious compliance issue. Customers are legally entitled to documentation for taxable transactions.
Bottom line: The cleaning work was acceptable, but everything surrounding it — the no-shows, the disrespect for your time, the garbage left behind, and most importantly, the refusal to provide a tax invoice — makes this a business I cannot recommend to anyone.
