I ordered, the price was very competitive, it was delivered promptly, I asked for a VAT receipt to be emailed, received it very quickly, asked if I could cancel part of the order, no problem, refunded straightaway (through paypal).. great service, efficient, I can't fault them.. Thank you! Tracy

I ordered Strimmer Line on 25/5/2015 for the next day delivery got a call from customer service that due to bank holiday ur delivery will be there on 27/5/2015 and that was true i just got it, without any delays... Great service guys keep it up.

My first purchase from Dibranto who I found very helpful and price-competitive. The item arrived within a few days. The strimmer seems fine and it's much more convenient than the 10yr old corded B&D strimmer that it replaces. Time will tell whether the lithium battery has a reasonable life.
I will purchase from this company again.

Only bought the strummer yesterday and delivered today. Excellent service all round.

Product offered at half the price of other suppliers. Ordered, 10 days of no updates, later I called for an update, told it was out of stock and would be another 10 days then after day 12 my order was refunded.

Time wasters. Avoid.

Promise a lot but deliver nothing.

I ordered on 28th November expecting next working day delivery or at worst a couple of days. After a week I emailed and got a quick response with apology quoting one week delivery. after 9 Days emailed again but this time had no response so I phoned and was told that the product would not be available until after Christmas. Assuming I get my money back his week they will have had it for three weeks. The Festool product that I ordered is still on sale on their web site but at a much higher price. Perhaps I am sceptical but definiely will not be shopping with them again or any of their associated companies.

Took nearly five weeks to deliver a product that was promised in two days, communications were extremely limited and frustrating, many promises made and not kept along the way, awful, unprofessional business and set of people, will never do business with them again. The product finally turned up just as I was at the point of taking a Small Claims Court action to recover my money and costs in total frustration at the lack of responses to emails and phone calls and nobody taking ownership of the issue and sorting it out. Shame I can't give less than a one star rating !

I bought 2 Makita batteries for nearly the same price as normally for 1. They have the best deals!

I came across Dibranto when I was remodeling and was in need of tools that would help me complete the work. The customer service reps were helpful and they had everything that I needed. Highly recommend!!!

Got in by 9am

Placed order with them, only because where lured with their next day delivery promise. Nothing arrived. 2 days later, received phone call from Dibranto. They where saying that they unable to proceed, as they don't have item in stock. When I've asked how long it will take them to get this Item in, where told that they are not going to order this in. Had to cancel my order.

The website says "Order by 2pm for next day delivery". I ordered, and waited.... I had heard nothing a week later and emailed them. They said the item was out of stock, and offered me a replacement.
I then heard nothing for a week, and checked their website. I found that the item I ordered was now marked in stock, but at a higher price. I contacted them again to ask for the original item, and they agreed
A few days later I had notification that they would deliver the original item, so I contacted them and they said to refuse the parcel, it would be returned to them and they would send out the original one. I did this, and waited...
10 days after the parcel had been returned to them (which I could see on the parcel tracking) I got in touch with them again and cancelled my order.

It is a complete waste of time shopping with this website, which is a re-brand of ideabright.co.uk. Shop elsewhere!
