Prices are way higher than other places. It's crazy how much more expensive the mark up for items are. Way overpriced and the stores feel like a outlet mall vs an actual sporting goods store.

I'll never shop at a Dicks store again

I'll never shop at a Dicks store again. I bought a pair of running shoes late on a Sunday (last week) after trying on several pairs. Took them home, wore them outside for a few minutes and discovered they were uncomfortably narrow. I had not noticed this while in the store so I returned them to the store on that Tuesday and was declined because they had been worn outside. For a billion dollar chain Dicks has really gone down hill fast. Their return policy is cheap and clearly never discussed with customers when buying shoes. Either train your sales people to tell everyone they cannot return shoes whenever they have been taken home (and touched the ground) or put some signs up that warn the customers in the shoe section! Also, as an FYI, I've been to three Dicks stores in a week and I can tell you all of your stores have 5 times as much baseball gear for boys compared to the softball gear for girls. My family will find somewhere else to buy all of our sporting equipment. Dicks has become too much of a hassle.

Tristan did a great job

Tristan, a young man working in the shoe department did a phenomenal job at helping my son and I look for football cleats as it's our first time he has lots of questions and he was very very helpful

Overall good experience

I’ve shopped at DIK’S Sporting Goods a few times now and it’s consistently been a good experience. They usually have a solid selection, whether I’m looking for workout gear, sports equipment, or just casual athletic stuff. The store is clean and organized, which makes it easy to find what you need without wandering around forever. Staff has been helpful when I’ve had questions, but they’re not pushy, which I appreciate.Prices can be a little higher on some items, but they run decent sales pretty often, so if you catch the right time you can get good deals.
Overall, it’s a reliable spot if you need quality gear and don’t want to deal with the hassle of guessing online. I’ll keep coming back.

Order jets shirt from there online…

Order jets shirt from there online Tuesday, They shipped it our on Wednesday and it came in the mail today. Two days from Jersey to central Pennsylvania is definitely worth a positive review and would have no problem ordering more sports clothing from them in the future.

on a double order that i tried to cancel, however it was moments after the 30 minute "remorse" period. God bless Amazon and after 30 years of purchasing at Dicks good buy forever.

I'd like to report fraud on a website…

I'd like to report fraud on a website that's selling & it shows up as Dicks sporting goods but one of them is a fraud & it needs to be shut down & reported & this is the first place I've reported it but I'm not done so please beware of this website & it is selling shoes at a low low price & they took me for a total of $59.92 & I doubt I'll be able to get a refund but I want everyone to be aware Good luck

I wish I could rate a zero. Online made purchase 2/28, returned received by Dicks and signed by LWashington on 3/7. I have chatted with both Francisco Jose who advised me if i didn’t received my refund by 3/21 to reached back out to them on 3/24, so that a refund could be issued, so i did, this on 3/24 i chatted with a Edgar Alonso who tells me, I have to wait until 4/7. That it takes 30 days. Now mind you Dicks got their merchandise back 3/7 and their website states, “it takes between 2-3 weeks”not 14 business days to be issued. They got their merchandise back and I want is my monies back. Today is 4/6 I still have yet to received any update or refund from them. I will no longer be making any purchases with this company, On 4/7, I will be contacting the BBB, FTC, Consumers affairs and their corporate office, no consumer should be treated this way and it should never take this long for if funds to be returned back to customers when you already got the merchandise back. Stop inconvenient & putting consumers through unnecessary stress. Refund me my money it’s as simple as that

Now this sporting goods company is a…

Now this sporting goods company is a joke I made a order 35 days ago it was out for delivery 2 days then today so say delivered well I'm in my house I been in all day no one knocked on my door at all so I wanna know my items is why didn't the driver of my items delivered my items to my address and say its delivered well like I no one I mean no one come knocking my door at all and I got someone called ada via email telling me the investigation in to be done this and that and I gotta wait another 7 days no I ain't waiting another 7 days when it was supposed to be here today and it isn't here

GET A NEW INSTALLATION CREW!☹️

No issues with the stores I actually like D's! The issue is their third-party delivery company, aka, AIT Worldwide Logistics. They were to do a haul-away of a treadmill and put together a new treadmill which I purchased from D's and was already at the house. AIT never showed up - no calls, no texts, no emails. No show. We were left waiting for seven hours. After much ado, AIT sent the technician several days later, late in the day. The tech, for his part said, "I have been on the go since 4 a.m. I'm tired." He stated, "I have only been working at this company for a week, I work elsewhere full-time." As for the treadmill installation, he used an impact wrench and rounded off the bolt heads. On one large bolt, he stated he needed a #40 torx bit, which he didn't have and proceeded to use a hex tool that wasn't the correct size, again causing the bolt head to be stripped. I informed the technician that, I would contact D's and have them send me a new treadmill if he didn't replace the damaged bolts. AIT's management is horrendous, they promise phone calls that never occur - I'm still dealing with this matter and have spent a ridiculously inordinate amount of time, not to mention the aggravation, annoyance and inconvenience. Bottomline: I will never purchase another piece of fitness equipment from D's Sporting Goods as a result. I would not recommend based upon my personal experience at this point. BUYER BEWARE.

20% Markup at D!ck's Sporting Goods

I paid $60.00 for a pair of Nike Men's Club French Terry Flow Shorts on D!ck's website. (Couldn't use an i in the name, Trustpilot flagged it as inappropriate language!) The Nike tag on the shorts has Suggested Retail $50.00. Customer service could not explain the 20% markup and wanted me to send a photo of the tag to them, as if they didn't believe me. Not sure if they mark up all Nike and other products, but be aware if you must buy from them.

I had no idea when I went to buy a gift…

I had no idea when I went to buy a gift card from D's Sporting Goods website that they just linked that page to a 3rd party gift card vendor. I bought a $100 gift card that was late, no tracking provided. The gift card company did not send with tracking via USPS. Are you kidding? The phone number DSG gave me was all automated message w/ no way to speak to anyone. I had to do live chat. Also, the gift card arrived in a generic envelope that the recipient would've tossed thinking it was spam mail had I not warned him it was a 3rd party. Never again.

I bought a glass backboard and was not…

I bought a glass backboard and was not told I would need a mounting bracket that would only fit this backboard. I just tried to buy the bracket and was told it is not adjustable, which it obviously needs to be. Got a bunch of jibberish from some no-nothing person online and was told that I couldn't return it after 90 days. Now I am stuck. Please don't give this rinky dink "sporting goods store" any of your time as they know nothing about anything. Go to a real store. Pathetic excuse for a store.

Feel no one shouldn’t waste their money yearly.

When been past consumer employees at store levels of 49 states ,& Fort Myers FL Cleveland page field recalling since 2022 was loyal fan why company is expansive stop caring guns at their stores so than needed my bicycle tone up didn’t do good job assisting me fairly as disabled customer. Felt accused bothered for asking needed assistance. They’re not cheap company you all . Cops are upset that company stop caring guns stores too .FL resident of Lee County you all . USA states to view .

Delivery got delayed for other a MONTH!
When asked, customer service just fed me some story about it being the delivery service's fault. As if! The packaging was all torn and practically everything was spilled out in the open. Run from this store. Don't walk.
