Robert is great help!
Robert was an amazing help with finding a matching toaster to a kettle we bought a few weeks ago. The wide variety of products is amazing and looking at everything was cool. Robert was great help, and DID had amazing toasters!

DID Briarhill, served by Vindy.
The staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the product. They gave me a price match on the item I bought, saving me €20. They weren't pushy and asked if I was ok then let me browse until I was ready.

I was in today to buy Airpods and Vinay served me and he was very helpful! I had a few One4All vouchers to use and he was very patient as I used them and had a very friendly demeanour!

Had a great experience in store today with Vinay - easy, clear and friendly. I try to buy from DID where possible as I find them great to go back to if there are any issues and when there was a delay with my order previously, they kept me informed and even offered me a lend of the store model.
