The clothing from Differio are high quality and look exactly like the pictures. I highly recommend them. The items to tend to run on the smaller side, but still overall a great experience.

Delivered pants with a cut off hem
I ordered a small size pair of pants and you cut the hem area just to fit me. It's ridiculous. I had to keep them with me because I had thrown away the tag by the time I realized the defect. Thank you very much. Please, don't do this to anyone else.

Dear Jahin, the style of the pants you order has a cut hem :) this is part of the design and what makes them unique! The third picture shows clearly the cut hem and it is also mentioned in the title RAW HEM and it is also mentioned in the description. Here is the link again to the pants you ordered.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I visited the website and it was so easy to navigate around it. My items arrived here in London in 1 week. Both items I ordered fitted really well. I am already planning to order some more items in the coming months. Shared your website with my mates here in London.
