Due to an accident at work, l required legal representation. I chose Digby Brown based on reputation & recommendation by a friend. I met DB’s Kate Bruce approximately 17 months ago who has been outstanding & Professional from the outset. Due to my work l can be hard to contact by phone at times. Kate ensured l was contacted by email, text, letter and kept informed throughout the process.
Thankfully the case has now been settled - earlier than l expected and l am delighted with the outcome.
I wholeheartedly recommend Kate Bruce and Digby Brown.

It does matter to Digby Brown unless its a quick win
I used this company when I was unable to work because of an accident at work. I fractured my ankle after slipping on a spillage which wasn't cleaned or warned about. The solicitors involved allowed the company to cover it up even though there was a paper trail and medical evidence. I was eventually sacked after 3 weeks as it was deemed to be My Fault and Digby Brown dropped the case after being told there was no record of the incident even though by law the company had to document first aid treatment, incident reports and the final written warning and termination of employment.

Well laid out process

Excellent service from Paul Thomson
I cannot express enough the first class service I received from Paul Thomson in the Aberdeen office from start to finish . Paul looked after my case following a car accident and dealt with it in the most respectful way. He was professional, sympathetic and listened to my concerns and followed up with medical appointments and recommendations. Paul considered the offer made by the third party did not cover my losses, he suggested further correspondence and he dealt with everything, taking worry from me and ultimately the offer was a good one which I would never have proceeded with if it were not for Paul Thomson and Digby Brown . Digby Brown handled my personal injury claim
Digby Brown handled my personal injury claim extremely professionally and proficiently. Rebecca Reynolds, one of their Paralegals, was constantly keeping in touch, offering guidance, advice and providing regular updates.
Rebecca was very friendly and made the whole process easier to deal with in terms of processes and information flow.
In addition Rebecca and Digby Btown treated me with the utmost respect and helped me deal with the physical and emotional sides of my injury and resultant claim.
