The record player we bought had a crack in the plastic lid. They were brilliant at getting it sorted and very good at communicating. A lot of the reviews say how well they did with products. I think the way they deal with a problem shows them in an even better light. I would definitely recommend Digitalis Direct.

I had a speedy reply which confirmed it was so my order was placed later. I received the item on the scheduled day. It sits very well in my system and I'm one happy bunny.

Ordered a Pro-ject CD box E. Item was showing as in stock on website but was actually just out of stock. Had a phone call from Peter on the Monday apology offered and offered to cancel and refund or wait for stock to arrive. Stock arrived a week later and again was telephoned and item shipped by DPD and arrived next day. Really excellent customer service. Highly recommended seller and item is first class.
