Kundenservice existiert bei Digital River nicht. Umtauschen eines Produkts ist unmöglich, Geld ist weg und kann nur über eine PayPal-Fall-Eröffnung (mit Glück) zurückerstattet werden. Finger weg!!!

Hier ist Vorsicht geboten
Hier ist Vorsicht geboten. Reklamationen werden auf freundliche Art und Weise verschleppt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und freundlich aber scheinbar inkompetent. Man wird immer wieder mit der Behebung des Problemes vertröstet. Habe nicht gewartet,bis die Garantie abgelaufen ist, sondern umgehend Meldung bei Paypal gemacht. Das scheint der einzige Weg zu sein, um sein Recht zu bekommen.

Starmoney - wirkt sehr unseriös
Starmoney wickelt auch die Abo Zahlungen über Digital River / Element 5 ab. Es ist eine Farce, das Kundenkonto kann nur über das Kontaktformular gelöscht werden, und selbst dort gibt es gar keine Rubrik zum Löschen des Kontos. Bis man das Formular findet vergehen auch mindestens 10 Klicks durch unübersichtliche Websites.

Assumption is you order at Lenovo and…
Assumption is you order at Lenovo and find yourself with Digital Rivers. You receive a damaged Laptop, they send a wrong part to repair it and since than you cannot use ist any longer. Need to wait annnother 3 time to repair it. Will ask my lawyer to solve this.
