I wish there were 0 stars. Dignity Memorial has blocked the disentombments of both of our parents although we signed the contract and paid in full.

Be careful with Auto-Pay
I updated my Auto-Pay 6/1/2023 and the payment was taken from the old bank and the new bank. The representative stated the extra payment will come off balance. I asked but what about the NSF of $29.99, she stated they didnt charge me & to call my bank. I stated but it was Dignity Memorial's error. Plus I cant see the credit of both payments on my online account. Poor customer service!
Stay away from Dignity Columbus Ga
Have 4 or 5 lots and funeral package plan with them for over 45 years. Need a copy of the information on each item. Traveled to Columbus gor my parents birthday ( they are buried at Parkhill owned by Dignity). Dropped by office and requested paperwork. Was informed by Wood ( only name he would hive me) that if I wanted a copy I would have yo make appt and vome back. Manager was requested but she was too busy ( no one there) to come out snd speak to me. Requested home office number and was told to look it up. Ask him yo mail to me. States cant do that company policy. If you want it you have to make apot and come back. He was rude disrespectful unhelpful and all around ass!
As soon as I can ditch what I own there the better. Will be informing everyone I know to go across the street to Vance.

the compassion and care my family received during our loss of our mother . the wonderful sevice that was provided for us . We thank all the wonderful Staff. at the Arthurs Funeral Home in Sault Ste Marie Ontario Canada. WE Highly recommend this funeral Home.
NEVER USE THEM
I would never use this funeral service again. There was more misinformation and lack of follow through than I could have ever imagined. On top of that they charged me much more than the original quote. When you lose a loved one you want a company who supports you through the process not one that gives you misinformation and screws everything up. They talk a good game and then do not perform. Sorry to say was my experience.
Where is the Affiliation???
My father passed in 2006 and we choose Eternal Valley Memorial Park, Newhall, CA for his final resting place. My mother passed April 2022 up in Lincoln California and we had pre-paid for her interment at Eternal Valley. So just prior to my mom’s passing I called Eternal Valley, spoke with Steve Quach and he gave me a Dignity Memorial affiliate near my mom’s Skilled Nursing Facility, Lincoln Funeral Home. On April 10, my brother, his wife and I met with a funeral director in Lincoln. During the meeting we got to the topic of how our mother would be transported from Lincoln down to Newhall, 390 miles. The funeral director said it was outside of their 300-mile radius and the most they could do was to put my mom on a plane and fly her down to LAX (we buy the plane ticket) and then we would have to make arrangements with Eternal Valley to pick her up from LAX and transport to Eternal Valley under a separate contract. We were already paying $6,128 to Lincoln Funeral Home, no casket (bought one from Costco for $1,200, one-day delivery), funeral at our Church, no transportation to So Cal, and they could not provide even an estimate (except for the $700 plane ticket) for delivery to Eternal Valley. The next day I called Steve Quach at Eternal Valley again and I told him what his affiliate had said and Steve’s response was, “have you signed a contract with them yet?” I said yes, they have already been paid and that we were planning to bring our mom down to Eternal Valley ourselves when we had the disposition permit in hand. Steve proceeded to tell me all the reasons we should fly her and enter into another contract with him, and that he would call Lincoln Funeral Home and someone would call me with a quote from there within 24 hours…..no one ever called. After the funeral was over, I mentioned to the Funeral Director in Lincoln what Steve had said to me, so she called down and spoke with Steve and he said he never spoke to anyone in Lincoln.
At length, with disposition permit in hand and 5x8 U-Haul Trailer ($75 one-way) with my mom in tow, my brother and I delivered my mom to Eternal Valley in the 10:00am – 3:00pm M-F window that we had pre-paid for in 2006 to have my mom buried with my dad.
I had also decided to do a small (12 people) graveside service the day after the intermit without any involvement (or addition $$$) with Eternal Valley and I had communicated the schedule to them weeks before the Graveside and I reminded them the day before. Additionally, family was sending flowers and I enquired about their arrival and was told nothing had arrived the afternoon before. I called again the morning of the Graveside and got the same reply.
When we arrived for the Graveside, the site was a mess, four sheets of plywood from the excavation process were still there, mud was all over the flat headstone, and trash all over. I called and reported the situation and got the reply that they were very busy (with paying customers) and didn’t know when they could respond. We ended up carrying the plywood sheets off, cleaning the headstone, and picking up the trash ourselves. When my cousin arrived who had bought the flowers, she had to go find them and they finally got placed on the grave.
In summary there was no value in choosing “an affiliate” and I feel we paid a LOT for the services we received from Lincoln Funeral Home. Steve Quach, who was our point contact at Eternal Valley, was disingenuous and unhelpful (he hooked me up with an underling as soon as it was apparent to him we were not entering into another contract).
There is No Dignity at Dignity…
There is No Dignity at Dignity Memorial.
Woodlawn-Rouche-Patton funeral home and memorial (660 Thompson Lane Nashville Tennessee 37027) is simply a fraudulent front in Nashville Tennessee for dignitymemorial.com owned by Service Corporation International (SCI). SCI is in the business of prepaid funeral expenses, often to defraud United States Government Agencies like Medicaid, charging for funerals and burials that Never Happen. One of the worst, often criminal companies in the United States of America.
I am not a purchaser of their services…
I am not a purchaser of their services but I have noticed that some people on the platform who are registered as dead are not. A man from Aetna who was said to be the founder is a complete hoax, he is a gaol. And the business he is attached to is in Trinidad in the Caribbean.
Dignity does not offer personal service or care
Dignity Memorial is a large conglomerate that is in it for the money only. They are very expensive, if not the most expensive funeral homes. They charge for every little thing and upsell whenever they can. Very few of their funeral homes do the preparation work in their facility. Instead, your loved one is sent out in a van to a place where they embalm all their deceased. It is like a factory and there is no personal service. They then return the body to the funeral home and put it on display like they took so much care and attention. Be careful as they buy funeral homes and keep the original name so you believe you are dealing with the original owner. Go to a family owned and operated funeral home where they do their own preparation work in house and you will get a much better service for much less. I learned my lesson when I used them on one occassion but never again.

Excellent Service by Davis Wammack
I would like to compliment a member of the Laurel Land team in Dallas. His name is Davis Wammack! My sister and I were having trouble locating the grave of a family member! We had the area number and also the gravesite number. However after walking around for 45 minutes we could not locate the grave. We are both in our 70’s and this was very tiring. We asked this young man if he could help us! He was so willing and so polite. He found the grave and led us right to it. Unfortunately the vase was stuck in the headstone and wouldn’t budge so we could put in our flowers! He worked and worked and finally was able to raise up the vase. There is no way we could have done what he did! He went the extra mile. We want his boss to know what an excellent employee they have in Davis Womack!

Took delicate care of our family at the worst moment of our lives.
Jeff Coffelt is unprofessional
Jeff Coffelt is lazy, doesn't do his job, sexist, and ultimately a criminal. He is the manager of Dignity PCC at jacksonville and scapegoats others for his mistakes to the point of firing new staff to set an example. There is no professionalism, if he does something wrong, he fires you without ever having a conversation. He is out for himself, and walks all over the mission statement of the community service industry. He is rude and invokes immoral practices that hurt staff, and demoralize the families of the deceased. He is the biggest con that exists and will destroy PCC if given the chance.
I was a customer once but NEVER again
I was a customer once but NEVER again. I was until recently an employee at Dignity Funerals, Francis Chapel in Orpington. From the start I received continuous bullying and harrassment from four colleagues. Despite the manager's efforts to stop this it unfortunately continued, which resulted in me being sacked, without so much an interview to explain the situation - just a phone call saying don't come back to work anymore, however, the four perpetrators still work there, free to bully someone else, despite the formal complaint I lodged with Dignity's HR Department and their assurances that my accusations would be dealt with thoroughly.
I had no problems with using Dignity for my parent's funerals, although another branch dealt with those, however, having had such terrible and unfair treatment at Orpington as an employee I would NEVER, EVER use their funeral services again!

No "dignity" for bereaved!
This funeral home would not even send me a death certificate for my father!
I worked for this company for a few…
I worked for this company for a few years. I can tell you they are truly awful. I was sexually assaulted by an older man for over a year. They would not fire him. They would not do anything but send him home for a day!this company needs to be shut down. HR told me it was my doing and I had to explain Everything that happened, how embarrassing. Management is a joke. That company is hell on earth. I wouldn’t send my loved ones there knowing how they treat the living , and I worked there.
Not treated with dignity
While the staff that we interacted with were, for the most part, warm and friendly people, whoever prepared my brother's body did an absolutely horrible job. My family, friends and I had hopes and anticipated being able to be comforted by seeing my brother laying there at peace. I used his measurements to purchase his suit and shirt and let the funeral home know that it was alright to cut the clothes if necessary for a proper fit. What we saw his shirt touching the tip of his chin as if it was a turtleneck sweater and his hands hovering above his stomach with a very visible gap between his hands and stomach. It was so upsetting that so little care was taken to prepare my brother properly that I could barely look at him. The Pastor who did my brother's service was incredibly kind and sincerely comforting which helped enormously. While the funeral home is very beautiful, I will always dissuade everyone I know to steer clear of any Dignity Memorial facility as my brother was not treated with dignity at all.
A beautiful tribute to my mother thanks to the Dignity team!
We celebrated my mother's life in such a wonderful tribute thanks to Beach Memorial Chapel and the Dignity team. Peri Craven was such a caring and compassionate Funeral Director. She and the Beach Memorial Team, Randi Sue and Theresa took the time to ensure everything went without a hitch. Hayley Markowski sat in on our initial meeting and from there created a tribute to my mother that anyone would have sworn she knew her. Mom was represented throughout the rooms to include her favorite "drink" served and an ice cream bar reminiscent of mom's love for ice cream. Thank you for making a very sad day into one where we could remember mom with many smiles and laughs. You are the best!!!!!
With appreciation - The Horan Family

Greed taken to the extreme. If you are forced to bury a loved one here, please buy as much as you can from third parties. That means you buy plot, casket, flowers and everything else you don't have to purchase from Dignity elsewhere.I bought a plot on Ebay for a third of what Dignity wanted.Of course Dignity wasn't going to let me off that easy.Got me for $400 for transferring the plot.A recent article in our local newspaper surveyed several funeral homes in California and Dignity was the most expensive of all.You can expect to pay about $25-30K for a normal funeral here in So California. Was told that their prices double every 10 years.Go elsewhere if possible.
