I would definitely recommend them I got my parts when I needed them it was urgent and they were there just when they said they would be you can't beat them for the price or quality

Ordered an A/C condenser with them in June 2019. We received the part that looked like a forklift had driven over it as there were tire marks all over the box and the box was destroyed - completely unusable. Attempted to call customer service to issue a return and hold times were over 2+ hours and I had called right whenever the line opened. Due to being at work and not having the time to wait, I attempted to issue a return request online. Request was submitted on July 2nd. I hadn't heard anything from them on July 9th, so I emailed to find that there was no return request on my account and to resubmit. I had to email them again on July 17th explaining that I still hadn't received a return label and wanted to do a return instead of the exchange that I had received auto messages for. I had to threaten to submit a chargeback on my credit card as they drew out the return process for over two weeks when I just wanted a shipping label to send back the defective part they sent me (I also had to pay for that shipping label). I didn't receive the refund until August timeframe.

Only submitting this review as I had received an email October 23, 2020, asking to leave them a review. Customer service may be better now.

Excellent product and pricing and if u got the time to wait or can make do. My part, once shipped was here in like 2-3 days.

When my wife’s a/c went out, I checked prices at my local auto parts store for ac compressor and they were way too high. I went online found Discount AC parts and many others, but Discount Ac had what I needed for less. And now she’s happy and 😎.

In 2019 I ordered an AC compressor for a car I owned. I let winter pass and decided it was time to install, turns out I ordered the wrong compressor. I sent compressor back, and was notified the warranty period had passed so they gave store credit. In August 2020, I needed some ac parts for my chevy pickup. They honored the credit and got my drier and condensor new sent to me. Awesome.

Hatte in Erwartung eines sich abzeichnenden Defekts an einer BMW E46-Niere Ersatz bestellt, der auch prompt geliefert wurde. Im Vertrauen auf richtige Lieferung legte ich das Paket zur Seite. Der Defekt zögerte sich dann ca. 8 Monate hinaus. Als dann die Reparatur fällig war stellte ich fest, dass man falsche Teile geliefert hatte, die nicht passten. Ein Austausch wurde mit Verweis auf die vergangene Zeit verweigert, obwohl die Teile nachweislich falsch geliefert wurden. Fazit: schlechte Performance, null Lösungsorientierung, Kundenservice zum Vergessen. Ich kann vor diesem Händler nur warnen. Für meine Wahrnehmung steht hier Profit deutlich über Kundennutzen.

Der Verkäufer verkauft mangelhafte Ware ich würde sie als B Ware bezeichnen war schon einmal verschraubt und benutzt Verkäufer ist überhaupt nicht zum Gespräch bereit hatte den Kondensator aus Zeitgründen eingebaut und um eine Kulanzlösung gebeten sofort vor dem Einbau hatte ich Bilder gemacht das alles interessierte den Verkäufer nicht kann mich im Text meines Vorredner nur anschließen
„Um das Problem zu beseitigen habe ich auf eigene Kosten die Ware repariert, ist keine große Sache aber ich finde man muss trotzdem als guter Händler dem Kunden zuhören und nicht das Problem einfach aussitzen. Der Versand der Ware hin und her wäre es schon teurer als die Reparatur.

Worst online shopping experience/shopping experience I have ever had. This place has ZERO customer service. They are rude and incompetent. They operate on a take the customers money and run mentality. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this miserable excuse for a parts company.

Purchased a compressor for VW Golf - Australian buyer. Ordered Denso, but received another brand. Ok I thought - installed unit anyway. 6 weeks later unit failed - squealing noise consistent with bearing failure. Contacted Discount AC Parts & was promptly advised of warranty process - happy days I thought. Ordered 2nd unit - as was the case the 1st time delivery was prompt. Replaced unit - all good & still is 5 months later.

So faulty unit was returned at my cost - so at this stage I’m down $180US on shipping. No word for 4 weeks...so I contact Discount AC with the tracking number. They tell me they have the faulty unit & will have it inspected. All happy at this stage.

No advice for another few weeks so I contact them - err apparently they don’t have it & the tracking number is wrong.

So the BS radar is on...I guess if you’re looking to fleece international buyers, I guess this is an easy way to do it.

Buy local or with a more trusted company so you can deal with any warranty issues...

I was super nervous after reading all the bad reviews, but I accidently entered wrong billing info and after waiting an hour for customer service they were really nice and fixed the issue and still got my part to me by the next day. Replaced my AC Compressor and it's running great! Thanks for all the help, customer service phone number could be less of a wait but overall great experience with these guys!

Took payment on a failed order. An eternity to sort out. Terrible company. Poor IT. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely the worst customer service possible. They double billed me for my order and won't refund me. They sent one compressor and sent me some baloney piece of paper that says they refunded my bank but my bank personally told me it didn't happen. Their phone number works if you are ordering but if you need to talk to anyone about anything else they put you on hold and literally NEVER answer !!!! I have waited for hours and NO ANSWER. I will NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Under no circumstances buy from them !!!!

customer service sucks. they never respond to emails or phone calls. product sucks - compressor lasted less than a year. I now buy my a/c products from pit stop auto parts

Been trying to contact the warrantee department for over 1 week. Automated answer system always says hold times exceed 60 minutes. Even when I try to hold, the call keeps getting dropped! How can I return a defective compressor when I can't contact anyone for instructions. I suppose this is how they make their profits...if they don't answer the phone, they don't have to honor their Warrantee Policy. Very disappointed!

purchased an AC Compressor for our ford F-250 through ebay however, it lasted only 48 hours before breaking down, and they denied my request for returning the item very cleverly in order not to receive a negative rating, simply bad business practice.

They helped me with a bad fan capacitor and sold me a hard start also 8 yrs ago, just helped me again with a bad fan capacitor again. Saved me money helping me fix it myself and I am a 55 year old housewife! THANKS AGAIN!

I must start out I work for a Toyota dealership. My a/c went out on my 86 Toyota truck and the compressor was not the one that was supposed to be installed originally. My parts dept had no clue where to start. They did eventually help figure out it was from a kit from a different year truck that works on mine but they could not find the part. I looked over the net and called 2-3 people then I talked to Addison at discount ac. He did not know from the numbers I gave him so he asked me to send pictures. I sent 7 pics and he called back with 2 options and prices with free shipping and told me it would ship same day. That was fantastic because it's definitely hot in the south this time of year. Thanks a ton
