​I ordered coconut jelly, but it arrived on its exact expiry date. Selling food this close to or past its expiration is a serious food safety concern.

​The customer service experience only made things worse. I emailed them immediately and received no response. When I followed up by replying to that exact email chain, they finally responded but claimed they never received the original message—which makes no sense given it was the same thread.

​While they did eventually issue a refund, the process took far too long. I asked how they plan to prevent this in the future, and after another long delay, I was told they would give staff training. I would have given two stars since I eventually got my money back, but the severe communication delays and poor support easily drop this to a 1-star experience.

Bought 2 bottles of Monin Syrup. The coconut one was fine however the pistachio one tasted awful very chemically almost like it was not formulated correctly. I have had the pistachio syrup before and it did not taste like this. Very disappointed as a big 70cl syrup bottle is getting wasted with no way of getting a replacement or refund.
