Sometimes products just don’t work out, we can help you with your unused products 90 days from the original shipping date. We will gladly refund you the amount of your product purchased, if returned unused within the 90-day window.
Keep all your packaging and any manuals included until you are sure you love your purchase. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping label.
If you have a question, send us a photo or video of any incorrect items you receive, and we will do our best to solve the problem.

- We will respond to your message by sending you a Return Authorization confirmation and a shipping label
- Print and attach this label to your order and drop it off at any FedEx location or dropbox
- Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will process your refund per our return policies.
- We will issue a credit to your original method of payment within 14 days after we receive the return package.
- Products that have been returned in used condition without receiving prior approval will not be eligible for refunds.
- Returns that weigh over 50 lbs may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

Then she asked if I knew my heater would use these MERV 14 filters, told me to call and check and call back to confirm. I ended up buying a different but right filter all because your rep helped me. Thank you for great customer service.

I found the product I wanted on line very easily and while doing so got an offer for a discount if I ordered that day. I placed the order but did not connect the discount offer. I sent a text and the discount was discounted from my bill. It wasn't a lot but the fact that they went ahead and added the discount was wonderful. I will definitely use them again

The filter was delivered on the day it was scheduled and was packaged really well so there was no damage. I ordered a filter from a different company and the packaging was ripped. Later that filter leaked so I had to purchase another one. I highly recommend Discount Filters as it has been a great experience.

a good deal overall
I was able to buy a comparable product at a good price. Shipping was a little high and not quite as fast as I would have hoped having to pay for shipping. However, the water filer works well and I am happy with my purchase
