I have ordered numerous times from Discount Health Store. The deliveries has always been quick and without hassle. They have a great selection of products at competitive prices. Would highly recommend this company.

I have been using this company for a couple of years but recently I have found, the wrong product sent or the wrong quantity. I think I will go back to using the company I was using before.

I ordered organic goat’s milk on September 10, 2025, as my son is dairy intolerant. The delivery arrived on September 15, but instead of goat’s milk, I received six boxes of cow’s milk. I contacted the company via email (as there’s no phone support), and while they did apologize, I had to express my frustration, especially as we were running very low on baby formula, before they offered to send a replacement by express delivery. Unfortunately, the ‘express’ replacement didn’t arrive until September 18. This experience hasn’t inspired much confidence in ordering from them again, which is disappointing when you’re trying to support Irish businesses.

I ordered from this company on the basis of them being an Irish company located 40min from my home so I beleived the promise of fast delivery, I really need these vitamins quickly for health reasons but its been several days and as far as I can tel they havent even been handed over to an post, if you take your health seriously do not believe their promise of fast delivery it is a lie to encourage a purchase, I have contacted the company but from what I read on other reviews this is the only way to get threw to them, I am so disappointed I put my trust and faith in this, I was drawn in by the promise of a good deal and fast delivery by the looks of it neither are true, dont be fooled like I was.

I placed an order on the 10th July, have yet to receive it. I have reached out to the company twice now with no resolution. I don't believe this time frame is acceptable. Will never purchase again from this company.

I placed an order on 30th June and had expected to receive it within a couple of days. When there was no sign of it two days later, I contacted customer service — they couldn't have been more helpful. They got in touch with An Post on my behalf, who had been overwhelmed with a large volume of online orders that week, and reassured me that my delivery was on its way. Sure enough, it arrived this morning, 3rd July.

Customer service was prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to keep me updated. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again — a great local business worth supporting!!!

I made a mistake with what I ordered & I contacted them.
They straight away sent me a return label & I paid the difference for returning plus what I wanted.
They made this so easy & seamless.
Really good to deal with.

Lizi’s granola was difficult to source for a few weeks but when I found it on discount health it was delivered 48 hrs later. Very efficient service!

Went for "Buy 1 Get 1 Half Price" and ordered a Himalayan Salt Lamp Power Cord end of Nov '24. Two months later I noticed that the 2nd one isn't working. Wrote an email a week ago asking for a refund. Haven't heard back. There is no contact number for this company, only an email. Paid a total of €19.18 incl. postage - for basically 1 working cord. I won't be a repeat customer.
19.2.25 - Their customer service read my review and got in touch. Somehow my initial email hadn't got through. They were very accommodating and sent me a new cord, so that's great! It still would be useful to have a customer service number though, in case emails don't go through.

First time customer,immediately impressed with speed of response,value for money,updates on order processing and delivery from An Post top class.

I placed an order with this shop on December 28, 2024, and as of January 15, 2025, I still have not received my parcel.

On January 2nd, I received an email from Irish Post confirming that my parcel would be delivered the next working day, but this never happened. Since then, I’ve sent two emails to the shop, clearly outlining my concerns and stressing the urgency of receiving my delivery due to its critical importance to my health. Shockingly, the shop has failed to respond or provide any updates whatsoever.

This complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. The parcel is being shipped within Ireland, a journey that should take no more than two hours from Cork, yet I have been waiting for over two weeks. Their failure to ensure timely delivery or even offer a basic explanation reflects extremely poor customer service and gross incompetence.

If the shop cannot manage its couriers or provide timely support, they have no business offering products that customers rely on for their well-being. What’s even worse is that my repeated attempts to contact them have been ignored, leaving me feeling abandoned and helpless.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this shop unless they take drastic measures to overhaul their delivery process and customer service practices. Their lack of professionalism is appalling, and I regret choosing them for my purchase.

I placed an order on December 01st and it shipped on the 03rd. It got lost in the An Post network for a few days, it's almost Christmas so delays are to be expected. I contacted their customer service team as the tracking information didn't update for a few days. They were so helpful and friendly and kept me in the loop with regular updates. I am so happy with my vitamins and they were priced so well and there was a cool free tote bag included in the package. I would highly recommend this company and will be ordering all my vitamins from Discount Health Store going forward.

I made an order which included some vitamins. When they arrived yesterday I saw the inner seal was opened. I contacted them yesterday and was advised to throw them away and they’d send a replacement which I received this morning! It was resolved so quickly by Orla on the customer service team. Thanks a million, really appreciate it!

Seems good value, but on the few occasions I've had the time to check my large 80 euro orders, I find, I've been over charged, through items missing, incorrect refund totals, or discounts not been applied.

Getting tired of it now.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Shirley today who contacted me & was completely upfront & honest about a delay with my order, I requested a refund so I could source product elsewhere & it was processed in a blink of an eye. I will 100% order from this Buisness again in the future!

I have just discovered Discount Health Store in the past few months and can't believe the fabulous value on offer. The delivery is super fast, the range of items on offer is fantastic.The site is super easy to navigate. They have the top brands and to buy one and get the second half price is just super. I have told lots of people about this company and certainly will continue to shop here. Well done to this business. You are amazing in every way. Thank you !
