Horrible return policy. They sent me 3 out of 10 units and by the time I noticed, the return window passed and they are unwilling to give me a refund for the units they didn't even send me, nor reimburse me in the first place for the missed units!!! The correct process should be to reimburse people if you cannot send the full order instead of STEALING their money. Truly a scam website. Never experienced this level of theft from a prominent website before. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! (this is my first review on trustpilot - I cared this much about how bad they are to share with others)

officesupply.com service does not include delivery email, a door knock, nor a verification on their tracking. If it get stolen you lose. So unless you want to sit outside on your folding chair. I do not recommend this service.

This company is a scam. I ordered from them and the product arrived damaged. They stalled for several weeks in issuing the refund and and are now suddenly refusing to give me a refund. Customer service is mostly unresponsive and unprofessional when you can get a hold of them.

I accidentally ordered the wrong product. Instead of Folgers Coffee Filter Packs, I received Folgers coffee packets. When I called the company to request a return, I spoke with Tina, who informed me that since it was a food item, it could not be returned, and no refund was available. This experience reflects poor customer service, as the company did not offer any positive solutions. The only option given was to order the correct product, which I will do, but not from them. They provided no assistance or even a discount for the new item, which would have shown some effort to help the customer. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Buyer beware when dealing with this company. I will never do business again with this company!

I ordered a large amount of composition notebooks. I misread the description and ordered unruled/wide ruled instead of the unruled I thought I was ordering. I immediately realized my error and went back to try to cancel or change the order.
I sent an email explaining and asking to cancel the order before it shipped out, since it was a large heavy order. I got an email within ten minutes of my order saying they had received my email. I then didn't hear from them for two days, when I began a series of emails trying to get resolution for this issue. I was told they do not ever cancel orders, that I had to wait until I received the product to initiate a return, that the product was non returnable (though composition notebooks do not fit the description for their non returnable policy), and then, that they would take the product back this once, but I needed to pay for return shipping. This is three heavy boxes of composition notebooks, which would cost me as much as I paid for the order to return. I offered to drive the 45 minutes to return the product myself, but was told I could only return them by paying for shipping myself. So now I'm stuck with a product I can't use that isn't worth it to return.

Do not order from here. Pay the extra money and shop at target or staples. Their return policy reads: If the package is refused, you may be charged a refusal fee. What is that? Awful policy.

Found a chair on their website and ordered based on their advertised shipping speed. Many days have passed since that expected arrival date, each time I contact them my order is "delayed" and they have now sent me two invalid shipping numbers. The shipper, SAIA, has no record of my order. Trying for a refund next, I guess. Their location in Wisconsin is "permanently closed" according to Google with only two reviews, but somehow they have 4.6 stars advertised on their website and recent reviews. All very suspicious based on their 1 and 2 star review everywhere else. My fault for trying someone new, I guess.

I purchased a very nice office chair from them. It arrived very quickly and without issues. I will probably order from them again.

I ordered a single UPS (battery backup for my computer), and 2.5 weeks later, the completely inept delivery company that Office Supply is using can not seem to deliver the product due to a gated entrance. I have given the delivery company the gate code, my cell number, and they can call me via the call box at the gate, but that apparently is too complex for these people. BTW, Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and others don't seem to have a problem with any of our package deliveries. This is why I usually use Amazon...I could have had my UPS in 3 days. I will NEVER use Office Supply again...primarily due to their delivery company (Elite Delivery Services and/or TForce Logistics).

I'm only giving this company two stars because they make you pay for shipping returns without a local drop off option unless you're in OH, I would assume. Their prices are terrific, their customer service is very professional (I dealt with Tina, she's very good at her job and this rating has nothing to do with her). I will not work with a company who doesn't make returns seamless. Unfortunately Amazon does -- therefore you've lost my business.

The ordering process is scammy. When I searched for the prodect I wanted, (1000 Ct. Dixie 12 oz bowls) I got a price of $58.98. When I attempted to use their 15% off coupon for new customers, the undiscounted price magically changed to $61.94.

Worried about reviews, but gave it a try on a hard to find hole puncher. Actually showed up next day! Best experience I've had in a long time with office supply places.

I too was skeptical because of the low Trustpilot score and the mixed reviews, but the prices were better so I took a chance. I was somewhat more confident as I went through the purchase steps as they asked for reviews at multiple times, stating as a small business they count on customer reviews for business. Well, my 7 items shipped in less than 24 hours, with no issues whatsoever. Maybe the company got off to a rocky start, but I am very satisfied with the price, service, and brand name / familiar products.

I forgot to check Trustpilot before placing an order from OfficeSupply.com When I did check, I was concerned by the large number of 1 star reviews, and worried that I might have problems with my order.

I am happy to report that the order arrived just fine, and I am happy with the items I received. On a $150 order, I saved about $40 from the next closest competitor.

My only complaint might be that the tracking information I received was rather vague, but I got my packages relatively quickly (not quite as fast as their website might lead you to believe), so this was not really a problem.

This place is the single biggest scam ever. I never actually bought a product because they were selling $6 dry erase markers with $9 shipping. Are you kidding me?!? A product that weighs 2 ounces!!! So I post a review that says people beware of their shipping charges. A good company might actually review what they’re charging people for shipping but what does this company do? they take the review down so nobody sees it. They are absolutely criminal. Do not waste your money on these people. There are better places to shop.

Company sent different product than was shown on the website and wouldn't send the correct product.

I ordered a garbage can and as soon as I ordered I realized the size was not correct. I called them and told them what happened and I Dont want the garbage can. They said it is too late and you have to receive it and pay for the return shipment even though I called right away. So inconvenient.

What price appears on your computer will vary from a different computer. SCAMMERS!! I am looking on my work computer at 2" Business Source that is $7.00, if I look in my home computer the price is $4.86. Beware of this shady business tactic.

Prices seem to good to be true, because they are
