Wonderful online shopping and customer service! Bought 90% of our supplies for our new venture in homeschooling here this year. Superb customer service. A couple things were slightly damaged in shipping (total fluke!) and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you for making our back to “home”school shopping experience fast, fun and all with great prices!! Totally coming back!!

I ordered a cleaner with bleach that I use and could not get anywhere. I found that Office Supply.com had it in stock, so I ordered it and some Kleenex hand towels. Everything shipped quick and arrived in perfect condition. I had a great experience and will shop with them again.

Held up my order because I bought a $70 keyboard and my wife wasn't available to talk to them about our joint account. Is it 2020 or 1990? Archaic systems, site and policy. Scam company that just wants to hold your money.

Placed and order for a phone and noticed after i ordered it that it cannot be returned. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order which Michele confirmed via email that it was canceled. 2 days later they charged my credit card and have not responded back. Both of their phone numbers a bogus numbers they don't exist.

I order file folders one day and received them within 3 days. That's impressive and they were exactly as I ordered. During this time of pandemic, that's impressive. Thank you

They are a complete ripoff. I ordered pens at first. Almost every one of them the spring mechanism broke. I had to throw at least half away. Second I ordered Integra correction tape. A pack of 8 of these should last me 3 months. They all broke in a month!! I am never ordering from this dump again.

Customer service appears to be unresponsive after a month of repeated requests. Ordered an office chair from them. It was not cheap ($150) but when it came in it was flimsy. I have been trying to return it for a month, following up every week, but OfficeSupply.com customer service (Jennifer) says it came directly from the manufacturer (HON) and they have not yet authorized the RMA. Absolutely ridiculous. Its easier to return a car than work through this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order that arrived piece-meal, only to have the last portion entirely incorrect. I was charged for an item that did not arrive, and was instead shipped a cheaper, totally unrelated product.

I waited to call on Monday during business hours, only to get a recording. They aren't taking calls at this time, nor do they have a voice mail system in place.

I have left three emails each day this week with no response. My only recourse appears to be disputing this order through my credit card provider.

Buyer beware....they aren't worth the aggravation. Worst customer experience possible.

My guess is they have high ratings on their website because they ‘moderate’ bad reviews..my 1 star review was ‘moderated’. Merchandise came damaged, their call center is usually busy and they request that you email..we had to contact them a few times before finally getting a refund..

Received 2 of three items ordered. called yesterday---on hold for 11, then 16 minutes. Emailed yesterday asking where the third item is--(they indicated on their web site emails answered within 8 hrs)..no answer yet. emailed again this am..still no answer. Now I have to go out and purchase the third item........They aren't even taking phone calls today. You should think twice before ordering from this outfit....gonna cost you (and me) more in the long run when you cannot run your business

Worse customer services. Did talk to them about my order with some items out of stock. Asked for refund but they ignored and not getting my $$$ back so far! Besides that this is the second time I ordered exactly same item from the first time but they send me the item but cheaper material.

Omg, they delivered a defective bookcase and apparently they can’t replace the one broken panel, instead they say we have to receive an entirely new bookcase but they have to pick up the broken one first and it’s been weeks. And customer service is not even especially nice about it. I’ll never buy from here again

I only selected one star because I thought if I selected zero stars ( which is what they deserve) people would think I forgot to rate them. Never got order. Can’t get them on the phone. It’s been three months. Absolute manure.

I have ordered product from them twice. Both times my shipping was free (over $45), prices were great, and they ship their product exceptionally fast. Both times I received my package the same day the shipment confirmation was emailed, and their shipment email was about the standard response time of any other business. They have made a continued customer out of me.

I don't think I could have been happier with my orders from office supply. I ordered multiple items and almost all of them shipped out and were delivered either next day or the following day. Everything was packaged perfectly and right on with item description. Not only that, it was really a bargain for the buck. I saved a lot of money for the supplies (art supplies, paper etc.)! The prices beat office depot, walmart and Amazon. I was emailed with shipping info and I really was quite impressed especially considering I read reviews on here prior to ordering that weren't so positive. I didn't need to return anything so I can't write about what the return policy entails. Overall, I say go for it. I am a happy customer!

Same here. Placed a 44 dollar order for a Sentry Safe. Cancelled without warning or explanation. Need to check if they refunded my money. What is wrong with this place?

After waiting 2 1/2 weeks for my order to even just leave the warehouse (which it never did), I contacted the company to see what was going on. They responded with a cancelation notification with absolutely no explanation as to why it was canceled. They refunded me for the actual product, but not for the shipping. Since they didn't even ship the item, as it never even left their warehouse, they essentially stole $8.99 from me. Freaking thieves. Shop elsewhere even if it costs you extra because at least you'll get your products instead of putting a $10 bill in the shredder.

Terrible experience. After days after having purchased a printer and I was waiting for it to be shipped I got a cancellation email. They are not able to fulfill my order. I needed the printer asap! I wish I knew it before!!!

I ordered a chair on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday. Their price was the best and shipping was free. It doesn't get any better than this.

I ordered Cambride Top Bound wide rule notebooks 80 Sheet. After two weeks no status. Then this morning I checked my bank account. The money I paid was refunded. No explanation. Therefore I went to staples and got the same product with a 50 % reduction in the the price at Office suppy.com Very incompetent business. Shop Staple. I will never go to this business again.
