We bought all our windows from Distinctive a few months ago and recently also bought a new front door. Both orders have been seamlessly handled from start to finish and the price was very competitive. Distinctive were happy to provide advice and guidance throughout the process.
The installation of both the windows and front door has also been great and they took away the old ones. Would highly recommend.

Great company. Kevin @distinctive windows has been very helpful and understanding as we had numerous changes to our plans over many months. Finish job is excellent, fitted quickly once we had finalised our plans. Onsite team were really friendly, fast workers, tidy and took time to talk me through the job. Highly recommended, and will be using again for future work.

Have used Distinctive windows and doors previously for doors and windows and had brilliant 1st class service from Kev, John the surveyor and the fitters they use. Just had the remaining windows and french doors fitted. Absolutely brilliant service again. Would def recommend using this company to anyone looking for excellent service. An added bonus I have never been let down by this company either.

The process was really easy and good from start to finish Kev doesn’t hard sell and gives excellent customer service along the way. A team of two fitted the windows and door and were very polite and experienced very clean and made sure I was happy with the fit along the way. The decision to use this company was easy. From the valuation to the end of installation are opinions mattered. They listened and made it exactly as we wanted. Once the windows and doors were ready the next stage was on our timeline. The installation it self was great a team of two worked tirelessly efficiently and with precision. No mess they cleaned up as they worked and were courteous and helpful making it go smoothly. The standard of work is great the finish excellent. The cost was about average not the dearest or cheapest but from the first visit we new they would do it the way we wanted. I would highly recommend.

conservatory doors had become insecure and my husband works quite a lot of night shifts so security is very important to me. Kev came out and quoted for replacement doors with an expected installation date of 2-3 weeks. 10 days later my new doors were delivered and installed. Absolutely amazing service.

Front Door - unbelievable service from Kevin and his team, from initial quote (which was considerably cheaper than other competitors) to survey and installation, all staff were great. Not pushy at all, gave us all the options for a new front door and we designed our own with their expert advice. Really impressed with this company, would use again!
