After a bit of misunderstanding with customer service one of the Company Directors stepped in to personally sort out the problem. This was done promptly and to my satisfaction and is the sign of a company that does care about it's customers. Given the successful resolution which had that personal touch I would recommend them.

Zip link bed was inexpensive and great for price. Delivery on time.

The delivery was good and the quality was good.

Except one small issue the housing for one castor was missing.

Contacted them on the 30th and promised a call back.

Contacted them again on the 30th afternoon, promised a call back.

Get an email on the 3rd saying what's the issue? Email back with pictures, etc. Even suggesting to save money send me housing and I can fix it.

Emailed again on the 10th asking for someone to respond.

Phoned on the 12th, told someone would get back to me.

13th Still no one has even got back to start the ball rolling.

So close now to contacting the bank to get a chargeback and telling the company to come and pick it up at their expense.

It's an easy fix, but really 2 weeks and only a garbled response asking the problem. If they came back in a timely manner I wouldn't have a problem as mistakes/errors happen.

Edit: Day after this post. I was contacted by company because of this post and parts were shipped and received. I have updated to a neutral rating. Bed was good quality, just above soured the experience slightly.

Bed was delivered promptly when they said they would so all good there. But (a) no headboards. Annoying but arrived a few days later. And (b) they sent the wrong bed feet.
Update: Customer service was very responsive and after several attempts all was sorted.

We purchased a super king size zip together Milan mattress and bed from Divan Beds Centre which was easy to do on their website. The bed arrived on time and extremely well packaged, double bagged and all corners protected. The bed is super comfortable and looks stylish in grey leather effect. There were a couple of minor issues with the mattresses which they were prepared to replace but we managed to sort them out ourselves and they provided a small refund for the inconvenience. Overall I would absolutely use them again, there communication was excellent and the quality is superb.

We bought a single bed with a guest trundle/pull out bed underneath... With previous purchases from other companies, this type of bed has always had fitments for a headboard on both the top and bottom of the bed, so that you can choose which side you pull the bed out from. Not this one however. We are now stuck with a bed that cannot have a headboard fitted, as the left side of the bed has to be placed against a wall. It should warn you about this within the bed description on the website.
Edited later:- It's too late offering a replacement or a refund a week later! We needed the bed asap, so it has been used - therefore neither option will be available for us.
Why not do the public a favour in future, and put headboard fitments at the top and base of the bed to avoid disappointed customers and then negative feedback for your company.....surely it can't be an expensive addition?!

recently ordered a superking zip link bed , delivery was fast and the bed is super comfy , great price.
I did pay extra for reinforced base and better mattresses etc but still excellent price compared to other retailers , would definitely reccomend.

We needed a zip and link base and mattresses urgently - in 4 days, and on a Saturday! I phoned and explained the situation and received a call back. I was able to choose bed firmness, colour of base etc. Very helpful and had confirmation that bed would be delivered, when required. I was on tender hooks all week, but bed was delivered as promised by 2 very polite and courteous drivers. An absolute fantastic experience, great product delivered with great customer service. Competitive price and delivered within their advertised time frame. Items seem to be as described. Comfortable mattresses and courier was excellent with live tracking and messages and phone call to advise on delivery time.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was looking at buying a set of beds for our spare room and called to try and find out the height of the beds. I spoke to someone who was extremely rude when I was only asking a very simple question. I will not be shopping with them as I can only imagine what service I would get with a complicated issue!

The wrong order was delivered. The company quickly rectified the situation within a couple of days. Beds good value for money

My order has just been delivered single divan , with lift up bed underneath . Seems quite comfortable . It arrived on date and time I was told it would , no fuss , kept well informed by courier company . All seems ok , am very happy with this bed for price I paid . Can’t fault anything about the service . Thank you

I am delighted with my new beds
The two single beds 1500 pocket + memory foam mattresses are super. As they zip & link, to also form a king sized bed, they will be so versatile.
I chose to have the headboards upholstered in the same pink “suede” fabric as the divan bases so they look super.
I have tried the beds out & they are so very comfortable

The customer care at Divan Beds centre has been excellent.

Product came up to expectations and was delivered in perfect condition, well wrapped. Delivery time of 7-10 days as quoted. Excellent communication throughout.
Delivery people obliging and courteous, with regular updates on progress. Altogether a positive experience.

Good customer service. I wanted to get it refunded and got a quick reply in 2 days via email. David, the guy who helped me, was very professional and he explained to me what to do etc. Then i changed my mind and decided to keep the bed in the end. He kindly offered a discount as well, as I kept the bed rather than returning and refunding. Quality of the beds are ok, the mattresses are not as firm as I liked them to be but if you dont mind soft/medium mattresses, go for it.
