I had a very bad experience with Divine Hindu after purchasing a green emerald gemstone worth ₹32500.

Before placing the order, they clearly confirmed with that the stone would be from Ceylon (Sri Lanka). However, the product I received was from Zambia – a clear case of misrepresentation.

To make matters worse, the gemstone was defective and had a visible crack, which I only discovered during pendant preparation. When I contacted their support team, they refused to provide a refund or proper resolution, hiding behind an unreasonable one-day exchange policy.

For such high-value products, this kind of quality issue and poor customer service is completely unacceptable.

Substandard products. Most of the items shown and we receive there is a major quality diffrence. Any issues from their side they will ask for a box opening video if not available with you your money is gone. If you have it they will give a 300 rs discount coupon on your next purchase, cheapest attitude. Stay away from their tempting ads.

I ordered on 16 March 2026.Till 30th March the order was not shipped even after many emails to support.Finally I will be filing a Case in consumer forum

They send a fake certificate to prove their authenticity for their Karungali mala and whatever material they're using is so light that it's probably made of plastic, that's why the advise us to not wear it while bathing etc. I know for a fact that the wood that's supposed to be used for making it is heavy, whereas the weight of the mala I have received is not even 100 grams and the bracelet is so light that it can be less than 10-15 grams.

The return and exchange policy is also so pathetic because there is no return option available plus if you're busy with something else, you'll always miss their '1-day exchange' window.

Their contact number is not reachable at times plus they never respond on emails.

Absolutely worst experience I had with a brand that sells products like this. Not recommending anyone to ever buy from here again.
