Can not praise the service we received. Yes had to wait slightly longer than expected as due to Covid glass difficult to get. The end result was more than worth waiting for looks amazing

Terrible service ! Awful communication. Waited 7 weeks then was told it was ready to be painted but still nothing 2 weeks later . Thankfully received a refund after asking PayPal to investigate. I was told at one point that they had not got time to reply to emails because they are a small company! They won’t be getting any bigger the way they treat customers

Communication goes a long way !!

I placed an order 9 weeks ago for a glass splashback where the website stated that it would take 4-5 weeks to arrive. I understand there may be delays due to COVID but it is an absolute joke that it is taking this long. I have contacted customer support 5 or 6 times and each time get told there is a delay. I was eventually told 2 weeks ago that the glass was finally in stock and would be shipped at the start of the following week. It is now a week and a half later and still no sign of the splashback or even an update as to why it hasn't arrived.

This is a truly awful company with terrible customer service. Do not use them.

Love this company, we have used them a few times now for asplash back and to make a bath panal. They are great are keeping you updated on progress and answer and questions quickly. Highly recommended.

From beginning to end the process was simple. The delivery was a little delayed but with COVID it’s fair enough & my enquiry as to its whereabouts when delivery was delayed was answered promptly. Arrived today, well packaged & easy to put up. Looks great. We chose plain glass

I placed an order 7 weeks ago for glass splashbacks. At the time i was told it would be a 4-5 week lead in. I still do not have a confirmed delivery date and i think the level of communication is poor.
I regret using this company and wished i had placed an order elsewhere. On the service i have received to date i would encourage others considering using DIYsplashbacks to avoid the level of frustration i am currently going through and shop elsewhere.

We are really happy with our lovely splashback. After being let down by our previous supplier the splashback was damaged, we had to order another one quickly as our kitchen fitter needed it before he could complete the job. Craig couldn’t have been more helpful. The delivery time said it could take up to 4 weeks but as the one we ordered was a standard size we received it within 3 days and it was perfect. Makes a lovely statement in our kitchen. We will definitely be recommending you in the future. Thank you once again Craig for your excellent customer service.

A super splashback, delivered promptly having been packaged extremely securely. I am delighted

After nearly 11 weeks on order and numerous “will be with you next week”, I have finally cancelled my order. Was told they had the glass ready to paint 4 weeks ago and they found a scratch this week so had to send back to their supplier. Let’s see if the refund takes as long!

Appalling customer service,waited over 7 weeks without an apology then to receive our ‘antique’ mirrored splashback which looked like a mirror with a couple of splotches on it!!nothing like the picture on the website

My purchase has been rectified but over all experience was not great

The service I have received from Craig at DIY Splash-backs .. has been second to none !!!
From the minute we ordered our Table Top glass splash-back and the kitchen one, we have received a FIRST CLASS service. A situation arose given my splash-back was 1.5 mil too big.. (which was an error on my part when measuring). Upon asking Craig if I could take this to a local glass-cutter to get it cut down (which you can’t by the way) Craig kept in touch with me continuously, provided me with a solution straight away, subsequently my husband was able to put the kitchen splash-back up in no time at all.
The quality of these products is absolutely brilliant. When delivered came well packaged given there is always the fear of glass breaking. And best of all it was easy to navigate on the website to get exactly what I wanted !! A great shopping experience.
Thank you Craig :) for all your support, your a credit to this company.

Very good service and a brilliant splashback, all along they gave me advise and replied to my several questions straight away and kept me updated as to when it would arrive. Would highly recommend them

Poor customer service

I ordered my splashback 4 weeks ago now, as I checked out it said "your product will be with you in 7-10 days" I gave them a bit of leeway as i thought maybe its supposed to be working days so i left it 2 weeks before getting in touch. I was told then that my splashback was going to be sent out in the next few days (fair enough we are in unprecedented times after all).
Now it's been 4 weeks I've been in touch again via email this time and the guy is very argumentative, claims that they've been shut the whole time so I've not spoke to anyone before him. He told me I couldn't cancel my order as it was supposed to take 2-4 weeks but my order is nearly finished and will be sent in a few days (again). For one when I ordered my product they hadn't put anything on the website regarding COVID 19 and any delays. I've even moved address now so would not need anyway.

****Update****
Having been told on the 1st June my order will be a few days, we still never received the order and instead taken PayPal up on the refund as we've clearly been lied too about numerous issues, really would not recommend as all we have received is argumentative emails when asking for a simple update. 6 weeks and received nothing is extremely poor when quoted 7-10 days ( didn't even meet there second quote of 2-4 weeks either)

Brilliant product got the choice to buy the adhesive to make sure it was the right one to use great option to have a coating added too to make it easier to clean Product arrived very quickly and absolutely beautiful

I bought a Moroccan mixed tile design glass splash-back to stick over the existing stainless steel one at the back of the hob. There was a lot of choice and it arrived quickly and safely. It looks brilliant and has really brightened up my kitchen. It's a great improvement as it's easy to wipe clean and doesn't show any marks.

Was really pleased with my new splash back it looks beautiful.It was well packed and arrived very quickly after I ordered it.
