Wanted some airsoft and played an order for 2 tone unfortunately they didn't have the stock and they phoned me
thanks to dan He spent the time going over alternatives and and even told me about country club so I didn't have to get the 2 tone

expensive, they don't let you test the weapons and can't refund them

Ordered an item from them waited ten days for delivery, item never arrived very disappointing eBay issued a refund some other reviews saying the same there is many other shop that offer the same service and actually deliver I will order from some of them in future I advise people to do that as well

Was looking for the very hard to find TM 72rnd NGRS mags (out of stock everywhere) to my surprise they were in stock here (I had previously made orders on another site that said in stock but they weren't so wanted to double check) I emailed customer services and received a very quick response from DK himself confirming they had a few left! Placed an order that day (Tuesday) and arrived Today (Thursday).

Very Impressed with the service provided on such a hard to come by item. Cheers DK!

Will take advantage of the nieve, over priced and cheap! Complete waste of time and money. The company website hasn't been updated since 2023 as shown in the copyright. Ordered an item and they sent the wrong one claiming it was a suitable replacement. Clearly it was not. Can not recommend, plenty of other great UK airsoft companies out there not ripping people off. These guys won't last

Ordered before the weekend and arrived just shy of a week later, which tou can't grumble at. The items I ordered also were packaged well, damage free and perform as they should. Over all its been a good experience and will return 👍

Decent range of Airsoft and military surplus products at good prices. However the promised delivery time of 3-5 days did not happen and as of 30/10/23 I still don't have my order, which I placed on 15/10/23. When I queried non-receipt on 26/10/23 (asking at same time for tracking details) I was told "Unfortunately we don’t have any flags (sic) staying an issue with this order therefore there would be no reason to make contact with you as we have not notifications of delay at the moment." Ironically, in their delivery information and charges section of their website they state “Should there be any delays we will notify you immediately.”!!

So instead of simply apologising, they led with an excuse that, from their ordering system, it looked tickety boo. They then said "We use an automated system that works along side Royal Mail and updates are linked accordingly. In some instances there could be delays by the courier in certain or other issues which can delay a package." However RM tracking details remain unchanged since 26/10 and at 30/10 it still states "The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail", which means DKA has not sent it to them yet.

One could be forgiven for assuming that DKA had overlooked my order and was not going to send it at all until I complained and threatened with PayPal resolution.

I will avoid this seller in future. D K Armaments is not a limited company
(per Companies House search). At least I have the security of having paid via PayPal so I can get my money back if Royal Mail still have not received it by am1/11/23.

Finally my order has been despatched and is showing on RM tracking as en-route. Whilst I found GKA frustrating to deal with, in isolation this may not be a true reflection of GKA. I wish them well and hopefully they can garner a fairer overall review through other buyers of their products.
