Best shop in the town. Highly recommended.

I came to Dr Gadgets Goodmayes Branch to fix my Iphone 16 pro max lcd. The guy on the front was very good and helping. He replaced my screen in front of me and charged me very reasonable price. very happy and satisfied with there services and always will back to this shop and will recommend to all my family members. Thank you Muhammad and Dr Gadgets. :)

Helpful friendly staff, done an excellent job on my Apple Music library sync to my new iPad even Apple refused to do for a retired man, Dr.Gadgets Romford remarkable.

Took my iPad to Dr Gadgets to get the screen fixed and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. The repair was done within an hour and the iPad looks and works like new again.

The customer service was very friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. A special thank you to Akram, who repaired the screen, he did an excellent job and clearly knows what he’s doing.

These guys have fixed devices for me before and I trust them 100%. Never had any issues with the devices after they fixed them. 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Excellent service — phone repair was done perfectly and at a fair price. Staff were polite and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better.

Extremely poor communication and over estimate of repair service.
Needed a battery replacement and fix on motherboard, the repair guy looked at it and said would be fixed by tomorrow or next day. With no update had to call and message on WhatsApp almost everyday of the week because guy kept saying “I have ordered part will be done tomorrow”, “did half job will do rest tomorrow”. Gross overestimating the fix of the repair, if it needed a week just be realistic, and still wanted to charge me £110 saying he could have charged £160 because of the difficulty!?
Even after pick up it lasted a day before the device no longer recognised the battery they so called fixed, have gone to another shop for repair for them to say this shop damaged the motherboard so it’s unfixable. Waste of money.

This phone shop at The Brewery Mall in Romford, is a farce! They have had my phone for over 4 weeks and wanted to charge an extortionate amount of money. When I collected my phone they said it couldn’t be repaired. Asked them to open the phone and they became extremely offensive. When it was finally opened they had used glue to secure the back of the phone and in doing so destroyed the motherboard. They are unprofessional, incompetent, rude and grossly misrepresented the truth. DO NOT use them for any phone laptop or any other services! You will be disappointed!

My laptop had stopped working, it wasn't charging properly, but Mr Paul at Dr Gadgets worked out what was wrong and fixed it the same day. Very grateful...

I went to doctor gadgets in Romford, I had stepped on my daughters iPad and bent it and crushed it. I thought there was no hope for it and had already been told by someone that it couldn't be fixed. However I took it to Dr gadgets and they were absolutely amazing and fixed it to perfection. Thank you so much
