I'm currently completely locked out of my account because of some "error" and their support is completely useless and silent from the many messages I've sent to them. The site has all kinds of errors and I have been prevented from redeeming in the past.

I have had ZERO issues. They immediately paid me when I redeemed to my debit card. I cashed out 120 and paid $1.20 fee for them to put it on my card instead of ACH. I have never had a sweepstakes casino pay me instantly like that before. Most take days if not weeks. I also appreciate the low redemption threshold. Which is insanely low compared to the 100+ other sweepstakes casinos I have tried. Even the bigger names like Pulsz or McLuck take a day or two minimum no matter the method of redemption. Make sure you verify and make a small purchase before your first redemption on ANY sweepstakes casino and that clears up 99 percent of the issues. I honestly don't understand the bad score here because I love DHC. Zero notes. 💖

For everybody saying they don’t pay they do pay. Like most online slots you have to make sure your info is 100% accurate and also wait until the next morning and your money will be deposited directly into your account. It’s not an instant transfer it takes at least a night. I got 700 dollar win my first time trying the slots I only put in 100 dollars n I cashed it out. I was also worried they wouldn’t send it because it wasn’t instant but I contacted the team and the next day the money was straight into my account. ALSO make sure your in a LEGAL STATE NO VPN otherwise you’ll have issues with basically the whole app.

The last few days I couldn't win a dime the slots kept loading and resetting then It would say error and I couldn't win anything I did a few bonus buys for 20sc and won back like 0.84 sc then 0.56 sc then 1.16sc etc

Support will not respond through any medium. Have tried contacting them 5-6 times no luck. They did not give me the bouns bets I was promised.

I’ve been trying to recoup ~$300 in a combination of missing deposit bonuses and also their new live craps game, which they’ve removed because I’m sure multiple people having issues, with missing payments and a dealer malfunction. Signed up with them months ago never really played on there. Noticed today in my email that someone is trying to get into my account because a verification code was sent. Tried to log in and it keeps saying info is incorrect. Changed my password and now it’s saying my username is incorrect but there’s no option to change username. When I clicked on the customer service chat, it freezes. Ghetto as hell! This is a bad rep for Snoop!

Support does not respond. They don’t even create a ticket. Use other social casinos. They have a lot better customer service. Still have not replied to my email and tickets. I will update to a better review if support is able to assist me. Username is clutchconde

Suspended my account for no reason. I won $258 yesterday. Withdrew $230 of that and left $28 to play with later. I tried to login to my account today and it says my account has been suspended. Dogghouse casino is a SCAM

Donated 35 dollars in for snoop cash ran it up to 16 grand and was unable to cash out from either method app is very glitchy, support is non existent ended up just giving it back and closing my account

I have had issues when it came to debit card withdrawls in the beginning but I just made my first debit card redemption and it was smooth and painless and literally instant im not sure what everyone's issue is I always like this site and ReBet if I am short on funds since they only have a 20$ minimum it makes it a great choice
