Great communication through the entire process of supporting my cat’s move from England to Australia, and then after quarantine in Melbourne up to Sydney. I spoke with Laura in the lead up and whilst Tallulah was in quarantine and she was great! Then Kyle got in touch for the domestic leg and he was really reassuring about how Tallulah was coping.

Would recommend Dogtainers most highly!

We recently moved our two cats from the UK to Australia and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s such a stressful process, but all three teams were absolutely fantastic — professional, caring, and great communicators throughout.

Laena-Leigh handled our initial quote with patience, warmth and professionalism. I was arranging the transport of an elderly relative’s bird, Tommy, from a rural property in Victoria to Perth and what could have been overwhelming was made easy thanks to her understanding and care.

Ping coordinated every detail efficiently, keeping me informed and checking in throughout the process. Her communication and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind.

Audrey provided timely updates and photos before Tommy’s flight. Alex was just as attentive upon arrival in Perth, sending more updates and photos, ensuring quarantine went smoothly and caring for Tommy overnight before delivering him safely the next day.

I could not recommend highly enough, our pet Lola came out of the quarantine looking healthy and well groomed. We had communication the whole way through and it never felt like hard work.

We relocated our Dachshund Charlie from the UK to Brisbane. Laura from Dogtainers ensured a seamless and stress free process. Charlie flew to Australia before his hoomans and Dogtainers dealt with all things Australian in terms of Quarantine and any associated communication. Laura also arranged Charlie's flight from Melbourne to Brisbane - one less thing for us to worry about. Communication was efficient, clear and friendly!
