The doll never shipped
I preordered my doll. I waited months long.They never shipped it.They didn't even try to contact with the post office..I had a feeling like they sell it to someone else because the tracking code they gave me was always written that "it is not ready yet to ship please contact with the sender" by royal mail. Mizi doll service i don't recommend

I am so sorry there was an issue with your delivery. I never did get a sattisfactory answer from the RM, hence the full refund made in good faith.

Fantastic service and really fast delivery time. I am over the moon with my purchase of a Molly American Girl doll. She is lovely. I would highly recommend Simon's Collectibles and will certainly order from Simon's again in the future.

I have bought several.times and can highly recommend Simon's Collectibles. The American girl items I have bought are very fairly priced. Delivery is quick and goods are well packaged. Excellent communication and the added bonus of a loyalty scheme.

Shocking customer service
I am just in receipt of your message! I am shocked! I don’t know the brand and many outlets have sales where the delivery cost is higher than the actual product to clear stock so why should I think any different?
My daughter wanted a doll with green hair for her birthday and you have ruined her special day! You say it was a systems error - you have not even offered an apology and have cancelled my order without any form of communication or discussion. This is shocking customer service and hope you are proud of yourself.
I always look to support small businesses because they go the extra mile! I will certainly make my feelings known as customers should not be treated like this even if you had made a mistake!

So sorry to hear that you are upset that a £150 doll was incorrectly advertised as being on sale for £0.00. That would be some sale, I'm sure you would agree! For future reference there is a wonderful site in the UK called My Doll Collection who specialise in American Girl dolls.
